But I was able to get my A1C from 7.7 to 5.9 in 3 months. And the lost weight, so Iβve been getting lots of compliments from my doctors that Iβm doing good and so be proud. But I got myself from being overweight to a normal BMI now π
Awhhh! I feel that! I hate eating lunch and so my nutritionist told me to add in some protein milkshakes for lunch and stuff! I found that helps so much when I donβt feel like eating or cooking! π then I have fiber cereal or protein waffles. Apples & peanut butter are my fav atm
Wah, I forgot to mention, I did get put on anxiety meds for my anxiety & depression though. So that helps me not be so down as much & more hyped to get stuff done. >w<;
My diabetes was mostly genetic though (70% chance) & not due to diet. But my starting weight was 85kgs & I've gotten myself down to 65kgs just by walking mostly. >w<; On days I don't feel like, I force it more cause I feel like I need it more. 2/2
Due to being diagnosed with diabetes. I had to become more active & change my diet alot (no more pasta, bread, or sugar). Since I had to add in daily walks for my insulin resistance and glucose, it has helped alot... 1/2
