Shipping is the bottleneck right now. Spending more time packing & shipping than we are live. Hiring process already moving so we can get back on the shows. Walmart is back running full steam too. Time to scale the ops. Let the hiring process begin! 🚀

Nearly half a pallet of drinks taking up space in wearhouse gone! $300 - no shipping - no headaches Have 10 more pallets coming this week! Thankfully he came and helped us make space! If you’re in Tampa, FL - come get drinks by the apple box! 50-80% off retail!

Everyday i spend about an hour back and fourth reviewing loads on @bstocksol with my Ai Agent. You can just do things.... Spent 5 minutes gave a brief to Claude - went out cut the grass - came back 45 min later - entire ranking system & personal software built Quick view on all loads gives OTD price, rankings, whats on it, etc. On actual page, depth and analyzes the load, whats on it, and what my expected recovery is based on history.

What to do when numbers start dipping? Some creators open a new account to test the algorithm. Has to be Algorithm right?! Others look harder at the show itself • The energy, the boxes, the actual value • Are we giving people a reason to stay? One actually improves the product. The other just resets the scoreboard.

10:30am 7 pallets show up, unload and start processing. Processing for us on food is break apart a pallet or two - get the drinks that don’t sell/sell local onto a board - pull heat items out of boxes - stock shelves Leave the other pallets untouched only work from 1-2 pallets at a time don’t try to break everything down all at once.

Everyone handles the food pallets differently - curious how you process your loads if you go through everything or go pallet by pallet and sell through @ShamsETubriz @BraydenFlack @kip_roland @donnyyoung 🫡

I fucked up - now I have 14 pallets of groceries coming! Auctions have been closing way higher than they should so I’ve been bidding daily. Trying to buy at the right price per unit $5-6 max/pc of load has heaters on it $3-4 avg $2-3 if load is dog water I won 3 auctions the day after I had bought a bad load at a bad price. Was like $4.50 for a crap load but we needed the pallets to keep running and wasn’t sure when more would come. Avg $3.04 per unit - we start at $5 every box even singles. Even with WN fees impossible to loose on these loads just have to spend the time now to go through 14 pallets live Wish us luck and feel free to follow our journey ! Will take us less than two weeks to sell through all of it!

Best thing we’ve done for our live selling. Setup was swap over from the wearhouse make shit pallet rack I built to the rolling racks! Can fit 2 entire pallets above the set if we need extra room plus have increased our GMV by 1.5x on whatnot for our typical show due to having room to put more boxes and go up to 100-125 boxes per show

Selling wholesale drinks to the public Why are people so weird? What’s the expiration date on your soda? It’s soda - when was the last time you ever checked the expiry date on a can of coke? Furthermore Best by date - not expiry soda doesn’t expire 🤦🏻‍♂️

Opened our wearhouse today to some randoms on FB Marketplace- made $200 selling cases of drinks by the apple box! The money isn’t really the important thing. It was money made clearing dead inventory + it was made not on Amazon/walmart (off platform) Building the biz one relationship and brick at a time. Best part for these soda cases $3-4 buy cost put 2-4 in sell for $15-20 no shipping no fees. Cash money
Have you ever had a marketplace listing go viral to the point you can’t keep up messaging the “is this available” folks? We listed up our drinks for $15-20 for an entire apple box this weekend - no one doing anything similar locally - response has been crazy only a few still showed up tho.

Earlier this week the team did a warehouse clear out sale on Whatnot! The inventory had already been bought and paid for just needed to clear the space sold boxes on average $9-10 per box. Made $2k clearing our death pile of liquidated food to make room for 10 more pallets!

I screwed up 😂 We had 8 pallets arrive for our live selling business while we were on vacation about a week and a half ago, and because we were slammed for space, we never fully broke down the last pallet. Well… we finally got to it today. Turns out it was basically ALL of the drinks we thought we were short on this past week. 💀 So naturally… guess who’s running an all-drinks live show today? 😂🥤⚡️
