Ecora’s portfolio is deliberately positioned around the commodities, jurisdictions and assets that can support long-term value creation.
🔹Copper is at the core: Around half of estimated NAV is exposed to copper, with more than 80% of the portfolio across base metals.
🌍 High-quality jurisdictions: The majority of portfolio value is concentrated in established mining jurisdictions, with a focus on low-cost operations.
💰 Cash generation today, growth tomorrow: More than half of estimated portfolio value is already represented by producing royalties and streams, providing cash flow today while development assets offer further organic growth.
That combination gives Ecora exposure to long-term critical-minerals demand while retaining the lower operational and capital-risk characteristics of the royalty and streaming model.

The value opportunity at Ecora 🚀
Ecora’s growing revenue profile and diversified portfolio of royalties and streams presents a compelling opportunity.
In this interview, our CEO Marc Bishop Lafleche shares reflections on Ecora’s revenue growth potential and what this means for the company’s valuation upside.
For investors, the opportunity is underpinned by the relatively de-risked nature of the royalty and streaming model and the long-term, structurally supported growth embedded across the critical minerals orientated portfolio.

Ecora's CEO Marc Bishop Lafleche recently presented at the Hong Kong Ignite Investment Summit, held by Ignite Partners, setting out how the business has evolved and where the next phase of growth is coming from.
Marc highlighted how Ecora has used cash flows from its historic steelmaking coal exposure to build a more diversified portfolio focused on critical minerals, broadening its revenue base and shifting towards royalty lives measured in decades, rather than years.
Some highlights from the presentation:
📈Ecora's portfolio is weighted towards low-cost operations, with around 60% of value represented by royalties already generating cash flow.
🚀Ecora’s critical minerals portfolio, with copper at its core is aligned to multi decade trends, including electrification, digitalisation and automation, and the drive for greater supply-chain security.

The quality of a royalty starts with the quality of the underlying asset and operator
Ecora doesn’t build or operate mines, but instead, we acquire rights to future cash flows from assets when they produce. In turn, the quality of our counterparties, assets, and jurisdictions are fundamental to how we invest
We seek exposure to experienced operators with strong track records, balance sheets, and credibility, and to assets operating, or expected to operate at the lower end of the cost curve
We apply the same discipline to jurisdiction, targeting regions with established mining industries and clear pathways for projects to move from development into production

Ecora’s portfolio is increasingly differentiated by its exposure to the commodities underpinning electrification ⚡
Around 80% of Ecora’s portfolio is weighted towards base metals, with copper alone comprising 50% of estimated NAV
The long-term outlook for copper is only strengthening. Traditional demand from industrial activity and urbanisation is now compounded by long-term structural drivers, including power grid expansion, renewable energy, and EVs. And the build out of AI is only adding a new and unprecedented layer of demand
As a key conductor of electricity, copper sits across any major electrification theme. For Ecora, that structural demand outlook reinforces our strategy of keeping copper at the very core of our diversified critical minerals portfolio.

A higher-quality earnings mix coming through for Ecora ⚡
CFO Kevin Flynn highlights how H1 growth translated into stronger earnings and cash flow.
Total portfolio contribution increased 75% year-on-year, while Kestrel accounted for just 4% of the total during the period. As a greater share of contribution comes from Ecora’s critical minerals portfolio, the earnings mix is becoming more tax efficient and increasingly reflects the long-term transition of the business.
For a royalty company, that stronger earnings quality supports cash generation, further deleveraging and greater flexibility for capital allocation. It was also reflected in the interim dividend, which increased threefold year-on-year and was almost equivalent to the total dividend paid for all of 2025.
H1 performance was not just driven by commodity prices, but by strong operational progress and milestones achieved across the portfolio. 🌍

The global economy is undergoing a fundamental shift in how it views critical mineral supply chains🌍
Production and processing are becoming increasingly centralised. According to the @SPGlobal , China currently controls over 60% of global rare earths supply, and over 85% of processing capacity.
In response, governments across North America, Europe and Asia are placing greater emphasis on resource security, supporting domestic mining, building strategic stockpiles and introducing new legislation designed to reduce dependencies and encourage more diversified sources of supply.
For Ecora, this backdrop reinforces the strategic value of a diversified portfolio of long-life assets exposed to the commodities that sit at the heart of critical global supply chains.
It also comes at a pivotal point in our own growth story. Assets added during Ecora’s transformation are progressing towards production, creating a multi-layered near and mid-term growth pipeline alongside the strong cash flows generated by the portfolio today. Ecora is increasingly well positioned for a world focused on security and diversification of supply.

The best of Ecora’s portfolio is still to come 🚀
Ecora has evolved from a business centred on coal royalties into a diversified portfolio focussed on critical minerals, with copper at its core.
In his recent discussion with @RealRickRule, @theandymillette highlights the transformation of Ecora’s portfolio and why its near to mid term growth profile is becoming increasingly compelling.
Assets brought on during Ecora's transformation had a 5-7 development time frame. As those assets move towards production, we are beginning to see the benefits of that strategy come through, adding meaningful organic growth to the strong cash flows being generated today.

Great to see @theandymillette and @RealRickRule giving their opinion on the strong near to mid-term outlook for Ecora and the approaching inflection point as development assets come onstream.
A few key takeaways they discussed on why "the best is yet to come":
✅ Successful pivot from coal to structurally supported critical minerals royalties, specifically copper, now bearing fruit
⌛ Patience paying off as discounted royalties acquired several years ago reach their realisation window
📈 Ample cash flows today with meaningful organic upside ahead as number of producing royalties ticks up

High-quality uranium exposure in a structurally attractive market 🎯
While uranium represents a smaller part of Ecora's portfolio, we believe the quality of our exposure is exceptional.
Our portfolio includes exposure to Cigar Lake, one of the world's highest-grade uranium mines, Four Mile,
Australia's second biggest uranium mine, and Patterson Corridor East, NexGen's emerging discovery in Canada's Athabasca Basin, and one of the most exciting uranium discoveries of the past decade.
🌍Patterson Corridor East continues to advance, with NexGen completing a successful 2025 drilling programme and recently commencing its 2026 expansion programme, further testing the scale of the mineralised system.
⚡ The long-term fundamentals for uranium remain compelling. As governments increasingly prioritise energy security, decarbonisation and reliable baseload power, nuclear energy is playing a growing role in the global energy mix.
With exposure spanning producing operations and longer-dated development assets, we believe Ecora is well positioned to benefit from the sector's long-term growth.

We’re investing into a fast-growing market 💡
Speaking recently, our CEO Marc Bishop Lafleche shared his perspective on the capital landscape shaping the royalty and streaming sector.
As demand for the commodities we target continues to grow, so too does the capital required to bring new supply online. This creates an expanding opportunity set for royalty and streaming companies, as developers seek flexible, long-term sources of funding.
For Ecora, this means growth does not have to come at the expense of quality. We believe the increasing need for capital across the mining sector enables us to continue expanding our portfolio while remaining disciplined in our asset selection and maintaining the high quality of our portfolio.
