@British_Airways had 4 business class flights booked for 23rd Dec Budapest LHR at 17:45, flight is cancelled and now on 07:50 flight so loose whole day in Budapest. No reward flights on 24th? Please make 4 available to me as you cancelled my original flight.

I advise any customers whose contract minimum service expectations are not being fulfilled to sue Virgin Media. It's very easy to sue - just Google money claim online. Minimal application fee and *nothing* else. Sue them! #suevirginmedia
