More than the current Earth economy in USD terms or gold terms?
I ask, b/c Nasdaq is still down 50% from 2000 levels in gold, and 20% from 2021 levels in gold.
Stop offering sanctuary policies, stop harboring criminals, eliminate cashless bill, and stop releasing criminals right back on the streets
New Yorkers are outraged tonight. Immigrant communities are terrified. And we are demanding answers.
There is still much we don’t know about what happened in Marble Hill. But initial reports indicate ICE agents fired into a vehicle with a five-year-old child inside. Any trained law enforcement officer knows how easily that could have ended in tragedy. By the grace of God, that child appears to have escaped without physical injury.
No child should ever have to experience the terror of gunfire, let alone wonder if they’ll make it home alive. As a mother and grandmother, I cannot imagine how frightening those moments must have been.
New Yorkers have witnessed far too many acts of violence by a rogue federal agency and untrained agents that operate with impunity.
Federal authorities need to provide answers, and they must do so immediately.
The Big Print is finally here as @LawrenceLepard has been saying…

Knicks owner James Dolan is backing the fight to fire Kathy Hochul because she’s the Worst Governor in America.
When I am Governor, good-paying jobs will come back to New York, and residents will finally have a leader who protects their wallets from taxes and their families from crime.
Ban foreign born judges.
If you hold power in the American government, your loyalty should belong to America.
A federal judge born in Trinidad and Tobago, who pledged at her confirmation hearing to renounce her foreign citizenship and reportedly never did, blocked the Trump administration from verifying voter citizenship data through the SAVE database.
This isn't the first case where a foreign-born in power made clear their loyalty is not to America, and it won't be the last unless we fix the gap in our Constitution allowing it.
We introduced a constitutional amendment to close the gap.
BAN FOREIGN-BORN JUDGES.
The saddest truth in our country is the evolution of the Democratic Party choosing to align themselves with Communists @NYCMayor
When the reserve is sufficient to cover the buyer's time preference to earn the yield.
If the market knows it can buy $STRC well below $100, why would anyone buy it at $100?
Where is the bid going to come from to sustain par long enough to accretively buy bitcoin:native over a long period of time?

ok this might be the most aggressively american startup i’ve ever seen 🇺🇸
> they’re trying to build nuclear reactors 100x faster than the nuclear industry ever has
> the founder isaiah taylor grew up on food stamps + dropped out of high school at 16
> his great-grandfather literally worked on the manhattan project
> generations later isaiah built a working nuclear reactor before turning 28 and named it “ward” after him
> the pentagon used 3 military c-17s to airlift the reactor 700 miles from california to utah in a first-of-its-kind mission
> the company culture is hardcore americana
> they hold bible studies, offer raw milk, love fast cars + have a cigar lounge
> plus 4 gigantic patriotic paintings of columbus discovering america, the pilgrims arriving on the mayflower, the signing of the declaration + the constitutional convention
> they sued the nuclear regulatory commission for slowing them down
> valar's end goal is to build the same reactor thousands of times across nuclear “gigasites” to make energy 10x cheaper
> then they'll use that energy to pull carbon out of thin air and turn it into oil and gas for supreme energy abundance
> just raised $1b at a $6b valuation to scale it
> if valar pulls it off, isaiah’s family will have helped usher in both of america’s atomic ages
yeah this gets my vote for most badass startup of the year

California gave ONE nonprofit $1 BILLION.
To put solar panels on poor people's roofs.
You know how much solar they actually installed?
$72 million.
That's it.
So where the FUCK is the other $928 MILLION?
I'll tell you exactly where.
The same nonprofit that WROTE the law that gave them the money ALSO got the contract to run "community outreach."
Same guy runs the nonprofit AND the program. Chris Walker. Two paychecks. Look it up.
And their SISTER organization — same building, same staff, same donors — is a 501(c)(4) that endorses Democrat candidates and runs door-knocking operations in the EXACT SAME NEIGHBORHOODS.
Connect the dots, idiot.
You pay $7.50 a gallon for gas.
Cap-and-trade takes a cut at the pump.
That money flows to "climate justice nonprofits."
Those nonprofits funnel it into Democrat get-out-the-vote machines.
You. Are. Funding. The. People. Who. Are. Robbing. You.
Every time you fill up your fucking tank, you're paying for a Democrat campaign volunteer to knock on a stranger's door and tell them how amazing Gavin Newsom is.
$928 MILLION.
GONE.
And not one journalist in this state asked a single question until @jennyraeca and CAL DOGE pulled the receipts.
You think this is the only one?
There's a hundred more like it.
This is how California works now.
This is how a "blue state" stays blue when only 48% of the voters are Democrats.
Wake the fuck up.

Watching Tucker Carlson debate himself for two minutes is quite shocking!
WTF happened to this guy in the last few months?
It's always a good time to buy, if you buy right.
I’ve spent a decade telling people to do what I do: "Buy and Hold."
Now I've decided to list my entire real estate portfolio for sale and walk away.
It started slow. The bills, the maintenance, the tax increases... but the final straw was when I tried to develop an ADU to do exactly what the city of LA claims it wants investors like me to do: Create more housing. You'd think they'd make it easier, but after two delayed inspections, a sewer pipe replacement that needed 75 days advance notice, and a city-owned tree that became my responsibility, I'd had enough.
The identity of being a real-estate guy is very hard to walk away from, trust me. For a long time, I stayed just because real estate was my "thing." It’s how I started. It’s what I’m known for. It led to every good thing in my life. But that blinded me to the fact that just because something served me in the past, it doesn't mean things haven't changed in the present.
The reality of 2026 finally stripped the emotion away. My LA rentals are netting about 4-5% after the constant background noise of taxes, insurance spikes, and repairs. Meanwhile, a risk-free Treasury pays 5%. The trade-off just doesn't make sense any more.
I’m reallocating to a liquid portfolio that actually lets me focus on the work I love. I published a deep dive on my Substack about the ADU nightmare that broke my patience, the exact numbers behind the exit, and where I’m moving the money next to buy back my sanity.
I'll drop the link here in a bit.
The Medallion Fund (Jim Simons’ Renaissance Technologies) didn’t just outperform Buffett, Soros, and Dalio: it crushed the best fund managers in history with ~66% average annual returns and generated over $100B in gains.
Even better: Renaissance has been aggressively loading up on $MSTR (recent 13F filings show they’ve built a massive position worth well over $100M with huge increases throughout 2025).
This interview is pure gold — way more valuable than a $200K MBA if you want to understand systematic, math-driven investing.
