but really...how come UP didn't get Dever? There has to be a reason. Are they avoiding dual language? Lab? The mystery is killing me...

@jshoreboston does that mean that new PPI targets (for 2011-2013) aren't out? I thought they were the ones on that excel file.

@Kris_Boulton eg. how to multiply any 2 digit number by another 2 digit number, versus just 37 x 45. is the spacing of practice different?
