big day!!! if you're an Edinburgh United student, we will be meeting in bristo sq at 9 to leave for parliament (in waves) to support the incredible kids taking part in #YouthStrike4Climate !!!
Barclays are not invincible to public pressure. @EdinburghUni it is our money that allows them to bankroll ecological destruction, human rights abuses and climate change- take a stand and #divestbarclays #gogreen2018
UK universities remain deeply complicit with climate breakdown through their investment and institutional links despite their "social responsibility policies". @EdinburghUni the hypocrisy must end #divestbarclays #gogreen2019
We cannot forget that whilst we campaign for banks to ditch fossil fuel projects, there are communities leading resistance on the front lines against the damage being funded by @Barclays #divestbarclays #gogreen2019
UK universities cannot claim to be "socially responsible" while aiding and investing in banks that fund climate change: @EdinburghUni must #divestbarclays in order to have any hope of being a green institution #gogreen2019
in response to @Barclays disappointing energy policy, students are demanding that Barclays, the dirtiest UK high street bank, ditch all fossil fuel investments #boycottbarclays #divestbarclays #gogreen2019

Crying my eyes out at these amazing kids outside @scotgov
Just spoke to a 7 year old who said “in 11 years I’ll be 18 and it will be too late”
They shouldn’t have to be doing this, but our leaders are not taking action so they have to
#strike4climate #YouthStrike4Climate
UK universities continue to profit from the fossil fuel industry, and must cut their ties with @Barclays
#divest #gogreen2019
