Ordered a sofa from @dfs in Feb and given a 2-3week lead time as we ordered an ex-display model (needed in a hurry for convalescing after surgery). 6 weeks later and it seems to have disappeared and @DFSCare can't tell us where it went. Not returning calls. Terrible service.

So after cancelling our flight twice, @British_Airways now didn't load half the luggage into the plane. Useless fuckers!!!
The more I watch property improvement shows, the more I realise the designers only seem to have one idea, and do pretty much the same thing every week.
