نُقلت مواد كيميائية من معملي الزوق والجية للتخلّص منها، لكنها بقيت في مطمر زحلة ومرج بسري. واليوم، تؤكّد مؤسسة كهرباء لبنان، في ردّها على أسئلة "عكس السير"، أن المواد لم تُزَل بعد، وأن ترحيلها إلى الخارج لم تُحدَّد وجهته أو موعده.
بدأت القصة بتعاقد المؤسسة مع شركة "Tecmo" لمعالجة المواد والتخلّص منها. ووافقت وزارة البيئة على معالجة قسم منها في مطمر زحلة وفق شروط تقنية، تشمل تحجيرها وإجراء اختبارات لقابلية الرشح. لكن البلدية تراجعت عن موافقتها على استقبالها، فأبلغت الوزارة الشركة بضرورة إيجاد حلّ بديل. أمّا مادة فوسفات ثلاثي الصوديوم، فأوضحت الوزارة أن موافقتها على منهجية تحويلها إلى سماد، مع طلب رأي وزارة الزراعة، لم تشمل نقلها إلى مرج بسري.
ويُظهر الجدول المرفق بأجوبة الكهرباء وصول 7560 كيلوغرامًا من مواد المعملين إلى مطمر زحلة. وكانت مصلحة الليطاني قد طالبت بإزالة مواد زحلة ونقلها إلى موقع معتمد لمعالجتها، مشيرة إلى إنذار وجّهته البلدية للمتعهد، ومحذّرة من تحميل الحوض أعباء بيئية إضافية.
الحلّ المطروح حاليًا هو ترحيل المواد خارج لبنان. وتقول المؤسسة إن مجلس إدارتها وافق على عرضَي الشركة لنقلها وتلفها، لكنها تقرّ بأن بلد المعالجة والمنشأة المستقبِلة لم يُحدَّدا بعد. وعن سبب التأخير وموعد الإزالة، تكتفي بالإشارة إلى تحضير العقد واستكمال الموافقات اللازمة، من دون مهلة واضحة.
أمّا سلامة التخزين، فتقول الكهرباء إن المواد موضّبة ومخزّنة، وإنها غير قابلة للاحتراق أو الانفـ.جار وفق نشرات السلامة. لكن الردّ لم يُرفق هذه النشرات أو يشرح إجراءات منع التسرّب. كذلك، أشار إلى فحص للتربة أظهر نسبة صوديوم اعتبرتها المؤسسة مقبولة.
لا تثبت المستندات المتاحة حصول تلوّث، لكنها لا تكفي للتحقّق من سلامة التخزين والمحيط. والثابت أن المواد لا تزال في الموقعين، فيما بقيت مهمّة التخلّص منها معلّقة بين مؤسسة الكهرباء، صاحبة المواد والجهة المتعاقدة، والشركة المكلّفة بتنفيذها. صدرت الموافقة على الترحيل، لكن زحلة وبسري لا تزالان تنتظران الإزالة.

-Putin reportedly ranted about European support to Ukraine prolonging the conflict, he also ranted about the root causes of the conflict and NATO expansion.
-He explained the frontline situation in Ukraine as all the momentum is with Russian forces and strongly disagreed the the European leaders attempts at mediation.
-Putin then informed the leaders that the US had brokered a ceasefire near Oleshky to alleviate the humanitarian crisis.
-The leaders agreed to keep direct communication on phone lines and talked about ensuring security in the Baltic Sea.

I believe in religious freedom, but I also believe America’s laws and Constitution must remain the law of the land.
I do not support imposing Sharia law on Americans. I will not excuse religious extremism, terrorism, or the oppression of women in the name of religion. And I believe we must be able to discuss the threat posed by radical Islamist ideologies without being automatically labeled hateful.
Let’s be clear:
🇺🇸 The Constitution comes first.
⚖️ No religious doctrine should override American law.
🛑 Terrorism and religious extremism must be condemned, regardless of who commits them.
👩 Women’s rights and individual freedoms must be protected.
We can acknowledge that Islamist extremist groups have committed horrific acts of terrorism without blaming every Muslim for their crimes. Millions of Muslims reject terrorism, just as people within other religions hold a wide range of beliefs.
CRITICIZING AN IDEOLOGY IS NOT THE SAME AS HATING EVERY PERSON WHO FOLLOWS A RELIGION.
Americans must be free to debate Sharia law, religious extremism, immigration, and national security without fear of being silenced by labels.

Two Royal Jordanian Air Force F-16AM MLU fighter jets, including aircraft 238 of No. 2 Squadron, based at Muwaffaq Salti Air Base, eliminated a group of Islamist terrorists in southeastern Syria last night. The strikes were carried out in response to a deadly terrorist attack during a funeral at a Greek Orthodox church in Karak, Jordan, which killed nine civilians and wounded 34 others.
It has since emerged that the terrorists killed in the strikes were members of the armed forces of Syria’s new jihadist regime.
The regime continues to incorporate and deploy former and current members of al-Qaeda offshoots across Syria, including individuals who remain involved in terrorist activities.
