ALT Spindle It has one ending / and then another ....I do not have the heart/ to edit the other out.'- Sandra Lim Like a worm in an apple, I think I'd like it - to live in that caravan, under the bramble - like a cat in a box, like soot in a bucket. I think I'd find its darklight ample. It's wrapped and ripped and drowned in bramble with only a path barged through to the door. Like a copse of trees at the end of a ramble - an inside-outdoors, with thicker air. Somebody lives here. Somebody's made it out of a house and off of a train, has dragged in blankets, everything faded. Someone exults here, under the rain. Oh I'd sit still till the winding bramble tightened and tightened the light to October, snug as a blood-clot, safe as a thimble. And who gets to say what's the end, when it's over?
