I created this account to share my case and bring awareness to an ongoing issue.
On Oct 25, my account (ederjm95) was unfairly banned for "Child Safety" but there is no proof, is an serious cause I take very seriously and have always reported. (1/4):

has anyone else got banned for no reason? my last ban was on sept and i have not got any warnings or anything i didn’t do anything the fact that i wasnt even playing around that time makes me ask myself if that was an ai moderation mistake, i appealed idk why else to do..

Roblox users are getting banned for Child Safety, showing Chat Evidence IDs with no explanation of what they did wrong.
This is apparently happening because of Roblox's new Trusted Chat feature, so I advise everyone not to use the Roblox Chat until this is resolved.. This AI ban system is also entirely different from what was announced by Roblox on the DevForum.

Apparently @Roblox has seen the false bans and is trying to fix them. This isn’t 100% confirmed so let’s hope @DavidBaszucki is trying to. I wish everyone the best of luck and keep trying we are so close to getting unbanned!!!

They claim they’re working to improve moderation, but nothing changes. Funny how there’s a ban wave while support tickets don’t even work, yet Roblox keeps insisting that “everything is fine.” How long will you keep ignoring your community? @Roblox @Roblox_RTC @RobloxCreators

Years of hard work and dedication on Roblox Studio, and my main account (@marruazinho5) just got terminated with a completely BLANK evidence box. Automated moderation banned me and provided literal nothingness as proof.
I tried appealing immediately, but got stuck in an endless loop of bot responses. The 30-day appeal window expired without a single human ever looking at my ticket.
It’s unacceptable. Losing my entire portfolio, game projects, and years of Roblox Studio development over a stupid AI error is devastating. And I know I'm not the only one suffering from these broken automated systems. Creators and players deserve reliable moderation and a real human review.
Please like and repost to spread the word. I just need a human to look at this glitch!

Users clearly breaking the rules are still active. These can be fixed, and many innocent players deserve a human review.
I support child safety. Being falsely flagged still hurts.

To make matters worse, the system now claims I've reached the daily limit for appeals, even though I've only submitted a single appeal in 9 days. The platform keeps showing system errors, making any further review feel impossible. I also tried contacting via Gmail but... (3/4):
