J2 has been very active at its 2,200 ha Sierra Plata silver-gold-antimony project in Mexico. Soon it will be time to update everyone. For 8 months we have been (1) rediscovering past-producing mines and workings (2) mapping veins and outcrops (3) flying geophysics across the project (4) sampling known historic mines and waste piles (5) preparing drill permit applications. Keep an eye on J2 folks! Here are some recent photos. We are very active on the ground, led by our Country Manager Carlos Cham.

1/6 Ashley Gold $ASHL.CN is the newest position in our portfolio as we participated in the latest financing. The case is centered around one flagship project -> The Tak Patents near Dryden, Ontario, which is located next to NexGold's Goliath Gold Complex. It's been mainly idle since 2002 with only 11 historic holes. Bought in January and moved forward at a very good pace ever since.

5/6 President & Director of Ashley Gold, Noah Komavli, holds 17.1M shares (14.2%) and has been buying this year. Safe to say he is heavily alligned with shareholders. Another positive is that Tak is patented land, so no drill permits are needed. Royal Gold holds a 5% NSR though, half of which can be bought back for C$1M. The next few months of assays will show whether Tak is a real bulk-tonnage system.

1/8 Spartan Metals $W.V $SPRMF is a position in our portfolio and the stock has been very weak lately with the rest of the market and down to C$0.29 on Thursday on the day the new Victorio MRE landed. The case is two US #tungsten projects: Victorio in New Mexico and Eagle in Nevada.

7/8 What are the main risks for Spartan: - Victorio is an option and not owned: US$1.8M cash + US$14M work commitment over 5 yrs + a 2.5% NSR - Grades at Victorio are low and much of the data is historic (1977-83) - No resource defined at Eagle yet

8/8 Upcoming catalysts besides the sector turning: - Updated Victorio PEA from SRK due in Q4. - The MRE technical report on SEDAR+ within 45 days - First assays from the Eagle drill program.

Spartan Metals has expanded the mineral resource at its Victorio Project, with an updated MRE reporting: - Measured & Indicated: 84.54M short tons at 0.10% WO₃, 0.09% Mo - Inferred: 101.84M short tons at 0.09% WO₃, 0.06% Mo The larger resource underpins an updated PEA, expected in Q4 2026. 1/2 Luma Hydrogen is one to watch if you like natural hydrogen, a very low market cap and strategic claims a stone's throw away from $QIMC.CN's discovery holes. It's still a private company, but working on getting a public Canadian listing for Q1 2027. 30M shares out and last raise done at 0.10 implies a mcap of only 3M CAD. News out yesterday: Fast-Tracks Nova Scotia Hydrogen and Helium Exploration with Completed 2D Seismic Survey and Integrated Soil-Gas Program lumahydrogen.com/news/luma-h…

2/2 Luma Hydrogen's project claims are very strategically located within $QIMC.CN's West Advocate project. Based on the comment's from yesterdays NR the companies are already working together. “Seismic acquisition is a key step alongside our soil-gas work,” said Paul Ténière, CEO of Luma Hydrogen. “Soil gas tells us where hydrogen and helium may be reaching surface. Seismic tells us what is happening at depth: where the faults are, how they connect and where traps could sit. Echo Seismic delivered with a proven Vibroseis crew with Atlantic Canadian experience, and working from existing forestry roads kept our footprint low. Coordinating our program with QIMC’s produced meaningful cost savings and the start of a constructive working relationship as the district develops. With Earth Signal, which has already worked in the Cumberland Basin, processing the data, this combined dataset will be central to choosing where we drill in 2027.”
