Building a company has made me less interested in appearing successful and more interested in becoming useful.
It’s a good place to be! 😌

Today Pulse-Anchor Buddy Group has done its first Project of the year at Kisenyi Health Centre IV.
In line with the World Breastfeeding Week: they have given out Sanitary Pads, Baby Soap, Diapers, Breast Pads and Stationery.
Thank you to everyone for participating ❤️
Building a company has taught me that leadership isn’t about doing everything yourself as we all know.
It’s about bringing together people with different strengths and aligning them around one standard.
That’s exactly what we’re building at @RaylaDigital.

A lot has changed in such a short time. For over 2 years, I had the opportunity to help build another company from its early stages, an experience that shaped how I think about business, leadership, & growth.
Now I get to build something that carries my own vision @RaylaDigital
