ICE violently detain U.S. citizen—for filming on public sidewalk. Lock her in jail over 7 hours—then swab her cheeks to collect DNA. 2 agents drag her off the sidewalk & slam her up against their vehicle. Reason for arrest was "impeding"—but video clearly shows her backing up on the sidewalk and not in the street.
