The thing I haven’t really thought about is if the power goes out, I must have hundreds of pounds of freezer food. Frozen leeks, mushrooms, spinach, yorkshires, random fish and meat alternatives (from when Lyla went veggie for a year) for the next few meals then 😩

And as soon as I posed, we scored. I held him. He’s okay. He loves Neco. #NFFC

Oh he’s looking so old and thin :-( but he is so loved. Our rescue, Rosie / Rossini / Harry with us from age 7. 16 next month. Sometimes I hope for a 0-0 draw so he’s not startled by goal noise in our house ;-)

Girls are home, my 2pm has been cancelled and I’m going back to bed for a bit.

Arrrgggh why am I awake? Worked til 9pm, then couldn’t switch off til 1am. Wide awake at 5.45am. Can’t wait to see my girls mind, who’ve had a fab time in Yorkshire.

Well we’ve had a lovely few days without the kiddos, thank you @ClareBeveridge. Pints at our local, lots of wine and telly and a fab meal at Le Mistral, Sherwood. I loved my moules frites.

I’m getting better at vocalising when I’m consumed by the black dog but yes, I go to work every single day.

Guess who’s kids are away?

Give me strength on Americans giving advice on what France should do and need. Europe is not the US. France has a completely different political system and its social model is almost polar opposite. Why would they want to imitate that of the USA?

We were in #Limoges just over two years ago. Gutted. Where’s the shame of these rioters? They don’t care about culture and history.

After a few rough months, I cannot WAIT to see my parents today. @AdamEdw put the lamb in at 6am and I’ve just prepped all the veg. Safe trip @ClareBeveridge xx
