Always check viewers location of your creators
I personally catch a bunch of UGC creators from US traveling to Europe while posting for us…sometimes they just don’t thinks it will have any impact on a viewers location…sometimes they do but don’t care. Don’t waste money - check this.
P.S. you can easily get location of every post on TT so you know if it wasn’t posted from US for example
If you’re targeting US users the creator must verbally connect with them the slang, the environment. Like recording in a Costco parking lot, users recognize it as their country, it establishes credibility. TikTok decides who to push your content to the same way.
We had a case where we realized Americans allegedly hold a pen differently from Europeans and it had a real impact on performance.
So yes, you can hire non-US creators for US targeting, but if you have access to enough US creators saving $300-400 on a retainer isn’t worth it. Quality over quantity.
Handling & Coaching 80+ creators sounded like smth impossible to me last year….nowadays it’s not an issue
This is how you can do that too:
Collect & analyze the most common feedback, revisions you send, and the most common questions you get > create a simple 15-20 min launchpad (even in Notion), add a few Looms covering those topics, make them check it.
Ask me anything
Real talk: majority of creators hop on as many deals as they can, they are creating 8 accounts on one tik tok app as a result all accounts being treated as a spam accounts ( from what I seeing) and barely 1 of them can cross 5-10k views as the best post…
When you found new angle and your team is grinding 🚀
>> refresh your briefs weekly based on performance and comments, add fresh angles it’ll help creators to keep crushing.
There’s a massive gap between average creators and elite performers.
Average creators chase views.
Elite creators drive growth.
At HiveScales, we train creators to cut smarter, build systems, and think like growth engines - not influencers.
"The more you want your creators to succeed, the more you need to script for them"
Absolutely true. Script for them and they'll succeed; give them freedom and you'll drown in chaos with barely any views or conversions..
Everyone is talking about Sora 2….for me personally it’s still so far away from real creators. For example: the way how real human naturally holding a pen, it’s different for different nationalities. Small details matter. It make us feel trustworthy while we watch videos.
I read a quote that said,
«If you want to go for a run, go for a run, don't look for company. Sooner or later, on your fifth run or your twentieth, like-minded people will find you themselves.»
And only recently have I realized that this principle works everywhere.
I built a TikTok phone farm with a
100+ devices, 500+ accounts, posting mid-tier content daily.
It kinda work… but not like I hoped.
Lesson I’ve learned: quality beats quantity BUT volume still matters.
Then I watched a podcast with Blake Anderson…👇
The one that helps me a lot:
“Avoid easy deadlines. Deadlines serve you best when they are short, hard and, at first glance, impossible. Urgency gets things done.”
Follow through. On the big things. On the small things. Create a habit of always following through. As habits go, it’s a good one to have.
Finding more Virality engineers aka Strategists is the bottleneck in organic marketing.
I'm building a marketing agency for consumer apps. I have a team of designers and a phone farm but lack such a good managers that can take care of a marketing campaign. Any ideas?
People want success.
But they avoid failure.
Every failure = experience.
Every experience = progress.
You don’t need motivation.
You need more reps.
Real. I would add a service people already buy and spend high check on.
