Quick Captorhinus an Prolacerta headshots for a comm
Captorhinus' eye is drawn like that of a frog to emphasize a stem-amniote identity
Hearing things that hit like an anvil over the head at 5 am and then sitting there for an hour. Day's off to a pretty shit start, but I'll see what I can do about it aside from reading later.

I missed Nanoversary by several days, whoops. But here's a bit of line design work for a 3D model I'll be making as part of a future personal project.

This weekend I saw Brian Engh’s T rex video and I liked it. I also saw the trailer for the canceled Jurassic Park series, I also liked it. So I combined the two.

Neovenator salerii is a mid-sized theropod from the early cretaceous Wessex Formation, UK. Neovenator is among the best preserved Carcharodontosaurs, and was quite a pleasant creation experience, even though the figures were sometimes quite annoying.

ten hours of redoing and tweaking the water visuals...
I think it was worth it! especially if you compare it to the old videos
God Eater's Corrosive Hannibal, though that one's kind of iffy, or Exoprimal's Roadblock suit. Lovely work so far though.

Cetiosaurus paleoart speedpaint for David Glenn. Always fun to get to draw a sauropod!
ALT Quick speedpaint drawn and painted by hand in Procreate using an apple pencil of the sauropod facing left in a floodplain.

Nanotyrannaversary! here's my rendition of a Nanotyrannus from last year, a lot of things i would redo about this piece but overall im still incredibly happy with it
another big congratulations to Zanno and Napoli for their groundbreaking research
ALT a Nanotyrannus lancensis stands infront of a black background, a warm yellow light illuminates the animal from the top right of the scene, though the source of the light is out of frame. Nanotyrannus is a species of dinosaur once thought to be a juvenile Tyrannosaurus rex, however, it recently was concretely proven to be distinct from Tyrannosaurus, as well as being quite far removed from it on the tyrannosaur tree being a member that diverged much earlier
