I've spent 10 years in structural software: licence dongles, one machine with the right version, solve queues. So I built Elementarium: a full finite element package that runs in a browser tab and solves on your own CPU. Public beta is open. 🧵

What's missing, honestly: no EN 1992 concrete design yet, steel §6.3 member buckling isn't in, no version history. If your work depends on those, it's not your package yet. Tell me which one and I'll tell you where it sits.

Slabs, walls, cores and shells all use one MITC4 shell element: no shear locking, no thin-vs-thick choice, no hourglass factor. The mesher is ours and produces quads throughout, including around openings.

Steel checks to EN 1993-1-1 §6.2 and AISC 360, with national annex parameters. Every utilisation names the governing combination, the position on the member, and the clause. Not a number and a colour: a path a reviewer can walk.

Nothing is uploaded when you press solve. The FEM core is C++ compiled to WebAssembly; the stiffness matrix is assembled and factorised in your browser process. This steel hall: 69 nodes, 86 members, solved in 74 ms on a laptop.
