Had my first stream on @glimesh last night. Was a ton of fun. All of my issues were on me, the platform was great. What is the status of a mobile app though - the people have spoken!

I fully understand why @Uber_Support won't answer the question - because they would be admitting that the way they've handled this is wrong. But thats not going to stop me from asking it again. @dkhos @FOX29philly @6abc @NBCPhiladelphia

For those that may just be joining us, I ordered food last Saturday. It came 2 hours after the driver picked it up because of "app issues". It was cold and there were bugs in the food. @Uber_Support refuses to issue a refund.

They are taking my 2 hour late, insect infested order seriously by not responding to my emails or DMs. I wonder what it would take to get @MSNBC @ABC @NBCNews involved. @Uber_Support - I just want a refund, why is this so difficult?

So @UberEats took 3 hours to deliver my food. When it arrived cold, I found bugs in the bag and on the food. They want to offer me a $10 credit. They absolutely REFUSE to refund my late, cold, insect infested order.
