Most people know me as just ELLFEX, but here's what i actually do behind the scenes for projects in Tech.
🦇I help Startups, Web3, Fintech & AI companies build communities that don't just grow, they stay engaged, organized and scalable.
Over the past few years, I've worked across multiple projects as a:
-Community Growth & Operations manager
-HR, Hiring Manager, Recruiter
-AI Trainer, Beta Tester
-Community Manager
-Web3 Ambassador
-Growth specialist
-Content creator
-Moderator
Through These roles, I've helped projects:
🟢Build stronger communities
🟢Improve adoption across Africa and beyond
🟢Increase user engagements
🟢Improve community operations
🟢Support product adoption
🟢Create educational content
🟢Manage moderator and community teams
Now I'm taking everything I've learned and documenting it publicly:
Here's what you'd find on this PAGE:
-Free Remote/Local Job opening through Naijajobber
-Community growth strategies
-Community operations systems
-Web3 three career insights
-Lessons from working web3
-AI training and human feedback
-Case studies from real project
MY MISSION IS SIMPLE:
To help Startups, Web3, Fintech & AI companies build thriving communities and accelerate adoption across Africa and beyond. One that people actually want to be part of
While helping aspiring community professionals grow their careers.
If you're a Founder looking to build a stronger community, or someone who wants to grow in Web3 then you're in the right place.
Let's build something MEANINGFUL.
📩I am always open to Community Growth, HR, Community Operations, AI training, Consulting and Collaboration opportunities

Been a little quiet, but the building never stopped. 🦇
Between NYSC, my Electrical Engineering PPA, and building ventures, I've gained new perspectives
I'm back to share lessons on community growth, AI, Web3, and building products.
