What on EARTH is Trader Joe's doing right/better than their competition?
2020 Grocery Stores: Avg Revenue per Sq Ft
#1. Trader Joe’s: ~$2,100 per SF
#2. Whole Foods: ~$1,000 per SF
Walmart: ~$470 per sq ft
Average Grocery Store: ~$500 per sq ft
