How @variational_io team handled issue:
1. I reported issue with stop loss on XRP position in a ticket couple days ago.
2. Position was hedged on Extended, I reacted fast and lost around 20$ overall or break even. Hard to calculate.
3. Team found reason some users were effected. Made a statement:
"We pride ourselves in our execution quality so all abnormal fills will be fully refunded."
4. Money worth 2 months of my rent sitting in my wallet.
"Refunds were calculated by assuming the best possible fills"
Another time when team overdelivered was refferal rewards.
Dropped 1m dollars from their revenue back to users that day.
Expect exceeding expectations to continue.

What the F did I just witnessed? I closed my $LIT in loss and my whole loss was refunded.
Is it true? I refreshed my account again and again, my eyes couldn't believe it. I opened $LIT yesterday 2x and lost $30k in this trade and instantly after closing I get notifications that I got a loss refund of $30k.
I am grateful to @variational_io @variational_lvs @cas3333333 ! this was such a big thing.
No person, exchange or entity has ever done this. They have never given money to their user whose day was becoming stressed after booking a loss.
I had 1% odds and I got the refund.
