Mark Pope was asked about Kentucky's emotions before the Louisville game, suggesting their emotions led them to play out of character. "I'm not ready to tell the story yet, but at some point, we will talk in detail about our pregame experience at Louisville. It was out of character for us. That's young and new. I don't want to keep our emotions in check, I want to keep them focused, intentional."

On this day in 1929, George Stinney Jr., was born. He was the youngest person executed in the US in the 20th century. He was so small they had to stack books on the electric chair. Due to no evidence, his conviction was vacated 70 years after his execution!   A THREAD!
