Sweden regrets the decision by the US to impose sanctions against the @IntlCrimCourt. Sweden and the EU stand firmly behind the ICC and its vital role in ensuring accountability for perpetrators and justice for victims of the most serious crimes of concern to us all. Multilateralism and international institutions for ensuring accountability are needed more than ever at a time when violations of international law continue to cause immense suffering. 本日午後4時27分ごろ、熊本県熊本地方を震源とする地震が発生しました。まずは被災された皆さまに心よりお見舞い申し上げます。官邸では高市総理を本部長として非常災害対策本部が立ち上がり、総務省においても総務省非常災害対策本部を立ち上げ、その第一回会合において本部長として以下の通り発言致しました。 先ほど、非常災害対策本部会議が開催され、高市総理大臣が、今般の災害に当たり、何よりも人命第一で、被災者の救出・救助などの災害応急対策に、政府一丸となって、総力を上げて取り組むとの決意をお示しになられました。その上で、各省庁において、被害状況を早急に把握するとともに、自治体や関係機関と緊密に連携し、全力で取り組むよう指示がありました。また、私からは現時点での総務省の対応について報告しました。 各部局においては、引き続き、早急な被害状況の把握を行い、官邸ほか関係機関と情報共有を図ってください。また、既に出動を指示しました緊急消防援助隊をはじめ、消防による被災者の安全確保及び救出に全力を挙げてください。通信・放送については、災害時テレコム支援チームの派遣、サービスの維持・早期復旧に向け、事業者や関係機関と連携し、必要な対応を進めてください。「応急対策職員派遣制度」による自治体間の人的支援については、制度要綱に基づき、応援職員の派遣調整を進めてください。 以上について、関係する自治体や地方支分部局等と連携し、総務省として「出来ることは何でもする」という強い気持ちで、幹部の皆さんを先頭に、総力を挙げて取組を進めてまいります。
