Everyone did a PhD and a half on the “violent and socially destructive” nature of Afghanistan not allowing schooling for girls but are absolutely silent when some low grade secular larp of a country does it where the girls clearly chose to wear the hijab
WATCH: Top student in Azerbaijan delivers emotional speech after being barred from school for wearing hijab:
I scored 335 points. I don’t have a single B on my report card. Is this the respect I get?
The girl, visibly upset, challenged school officials directly:
Have I ever brought shame to this school’s name? Have I ever done anything wrong? And now you’re telling me I can’t enter the school.
Either take off your hijab or don’t come at all.
Why should I have to give up my religion?

I have a heartbreaking situation in my DM from a young widow who has been seriously cheated by her husband’s family 💔
Since her husband passed away, his family has subjected her to pure wickedness. They completely stripped her of her rightful inheritance and took everything her husband left behind. Now, they are trying to forcefully inherit her as a wife to one of the relatives.
She stood her ground, but painfully, she has nothing to fall back on.
I am seriously considering raising some donations for her so she can start all over again.
Quite unfortunate.

"Our inquiry report proves that without doubt there is an undeniable link between religion and the rape gangs. Islam."
Rupert Lowe MP of the far-right party Restore Britain has released a 219-page "Rape Gang Inquiry Report," claiming it proves "without doubt" that the rape gangs are linked to Islam.
The report is full of unverified statistics produced by independent Christian evangelical groups, such as the advocacy organisation Christian Concern.
An independent fact-checker gave the inquiry a trust score of just 18%, citing strong political bias against Muslims and South Asians.

Muslim Woman Attacked, Hijab Ripped Off And Face Slashed In Dublin, Ireland
A young Somali Muslim woman was hospitalised after an unprovoked attack on O’Connell Street, Dublin, where a white female suspect in her 40s or 50s tore off her Hijab and slashed her face.
The brutal attack occurred on Friday 5th June 2026.
According to S2J News, the young Muslim woman was walking on O’Connell Street, Dublin when she was suddenly targeted. She noticed a white female suspect, estimated to be in her 40s, staring at her and shouting profanities.
The confrontation rapidly escalated into a physical attack. The perpetrator reportedly tore the victim’s Hijab from her head and slashed her across the face.
A male bystander rushed to the victim’s aid, intervening to stop the assault and immediately calling emergency services. Responding Gardaí (Irish police) and emergency medical personnel arrived at the scene, where the victim was treated for severe facial lacerations before being rushed to a nearby hospital.
A suspect was successfully identified and apprehended by law enforcement. The suspect was arrested and remains in Garda custody as detectives continue their inquiries.
There's a total mainstream media blackout of this horrific crime.

John Cleese was undoubtedly one of the most brilliant and original comedians of his generation, and would have been remembered as a legend of intelligent wit and original script had he simply not devolved to be so full of hate recently.
Sadly, as he reaches his ninth decade and hence in what is most likely the last years of his life (and perhaps his age is an excuse...), he has become a bitter xenophobe spouting the most crass anti-Muslim stereotypes and regurgitating the worst caricatures of our faith that the Far Right can come up with. For the last few months, he has been on a literal crusade against Islam, and seems to refuse any sensible engagement with Muslims online or in person.
But Cleese is (or was) too intelligent to believe such lies; a simple dialogue or search would clear up these misconceptions. It's obvious his emotions have gotten the better of his intelligence.
To answer this simple garbling of facts:
No one is saying that the early Islamic empires expanded through friendly persuasion alone; they politically expanded through military conquest, just as virtually every major empire in history did. The more relevant question is whether people were converted by force. On that point, the historical evidence is quite clear. Egypt, Persia, and other regions remained largely non-Muslim for centuries after conquest, while the world's largest Muslim populations today—such as Indonesia—became Muslim without invading armies. So the historical record points to a distinction between the spread of Muslim political rule and the spread of the Islamic faith itself. Any fair assessment should recognize both.
More importantly, are you willing to apply your critique to your own civilization? Have you forgotten Britain's colonial history, and its boast of having an empire on which the sun never set, controlling over a quarter of the earth's population, subjugating hundreds of millions of peoples and fleecing the economies of many civilizations by force? Not to mention the entire mess of the modern Middle East...of which the lion's share is the direct fault of Britain with its Sykes-Picot agreement and Balfour Declaration?
All civilizations acted with a level of political force to protect their interests, but some left greater and more noble legacies than others.

It is 2026 and it is a tragedy that we are still having this conversation. Where is the right to practice faith in this country? Should our sisters now dress naked just because you want them to write JAMB? I see some people with zero logic arguing that this is about exam malpractice. So the person without a hijab cannot come with expo too? What kind of people are we even living with in this country?
The DSS needs to be aware of this nonsense happening. Prof. Oloyede should check the excesses of these CBT centers like Esther Oshikoya. They are going overboard and it is a direct attack on our identity. We will not be silent while you trample on our rights.

It's a sad story behind this distress sale.
This brother reached out to me for a loan of 1.35 million and is ready to give me the original papers of this van as collateral. Undertakes to pay 210k weekly and ready to provide guarantors but I don't have the money to loan him ATM. He needs the money to pay the outstanding balance of his installments which is due in 5 days. He was involved in an accident which made him bear unforeseen cost of repairs.
He couldn't get a riba-free loan so he resorted to sell the van instead. The van is his means of livelihood and it saddens me that he has to take this difficult decision.
I am putting this out here on the off chance that there is someone who is able to loan him the money. There is a structured repayment plan (and guarantors on request). He is in Lagos. Wallaahi I don't want him to sell the vehicle. I would give him the money even if I didn't have twice as much.
Kindly repost, perhaps someone could be kind enough to help.

Interesting how the tradition of the 7th century is still being preserved but Yoruba women are going to parties naked now, cleavages and see through dresses everywhere.
Anyone that has attended 'owambe' before knows this. So much for the culture. Even your wife doesn't dress like the first frame all the time, if she does at all.
And also, it's a gross misperception to think women you see in the second frame cannot or do not dress like the first frame. They do, not just for everyone. Not every tom dick and harry can see the beauty and adornment of a Muslim woman. It's okay if you are fine with everyone seeing your own women. That's your personal issue but you're in no position to dictate to Muslims women what's appropriate. Iwo gege bi taani?
These two represent different cultures and heritages. If you choose B over A, then perhaps you have been mentally and historically influenced. This is not simply about modesty; it reflects a tradition that dates back to the 7th century and remains a way of life for some people.
Enough of the brainwashing.

Supreme Court Dismisses Rivers State University Appeal, Upholds Muslim Students’ Right to Worship on Campus
ABUJA, Feb. 10, 2026.
The Supreme Court has dismissed the appeal filed by Rivers State University (RSU), ending a long legal dispute that started in 2012 over the right of Muslim students to pray and have a place of worship on campus.
The case was brought by Umaru Wazuru and 98 other Muslim students, who complained that the university authorities prevented them from observing prayers and establishing a mosque, even though churches were already operating within the campus.
In 2013, the Federal High Court in Port Harcourt ruled in favour of the students. The court held that denying Muslim students a place of worship violated their constitutional right to freedom of religion.
RSU appealed the judgment, but in 2017, the Court of Appeal dismissed the appeal and affirmed the High Court’s decision.
The university went further to the Supreme Court. On February 10, 2026, the Supreme Court unanimously dismissed the appeal, confirming that Muslim students have the right to worship freely and should be allocated a suitable space on campus.
This decision is final and binding, and the university is expected to comply with the court’s ruling.
