When I first met @betsythemuffin I was sitting at a conference and asked "Can you suggest some non-white-dude fiction authors beyond Octavia Butler? Then this happened - teapawt.net/betsythemuffin/status/… (three years later)

By equating homelessness with violence, @7eleven is perpetuating a biased & incorrect media narrative that dehumanizes people in order to violate their rights. What makes NYC great is that everyone is welcome everywhere. When will this policy be changed? ty @scottedelman
I find this answer unacceptable. If it's official @7Eleven corporate policy to ask customers to turn their backs on the hungry, the homeless, and the helpless, it’s my official policy to not step foot inside a 7-11. And to ask that no one else should do so again either. Shame!

A business word that is just fine… it works… but it bugs me… every single time I hear it: “work streams” What’s yours?

First rule of teaching/coaching/mentoring: Everyone is motivated by different things and have different styles of learning. Failure to thrive under a single-approach instructional or motivational style is not evidence of an uncoachable student, but an inflexible coach. teapawt.net/CoachJasonWitt/status/…
Uncoachable kids become unemployable adults. Let your kid get used to somebody being tough on them and pushing them to be their best. #CoachWitt

If I had a need like this I'd implement it as public object Clone() and then implement as overrides in child classes by calling the base clone first and then adding additional properties as needed teapawt.net/queerwitch/status/9846…
Replying to @HexblueRei
I think any method you define with an explicit type is going to have that type when you call it from an inherited object. So if you have class B : A and a Clone method as public A Clone() you're always going to get an A object back.
