One year ago, the fall of El Fasher to the RSF led to a devastating genocide and ethnic cleansing against civilians in Darfur. Tens of thousands of innocent Sudanese were lost, and thousands more displaced.
Silence is not an option.
Congress must lead efforts to demand an immediate ceasefire, deliver life-saving aid, appoint a Special Envoy, and hold the RSF and its backers accountable.
