Surely there's a better way than this, I was actually contemplating doing coaching content across all platforms publicly but this is quite the obstacle for that idea. Obviously you can work with PoVs but the way you can paint a picture whole from spectator view is unmatched.

Great tournament. Congrats to both teams, clearly the best 2 Tier 2 teams.
At least half of these players should be in a Tier 1 region in 2026.
Long post so I’ll TL;DR it because he’s right but misses on one important detail
Sudden impact is a completely broken rune ( 20->40 TRUE damage every 10 seconds in laning phase ) and Rakan utilises it so well, making Electrocute page the way to go.
THE MOST BROKEN SOLOQ Support
I’ve been playing this pick for the past 2 years, all the way to 🇰🇷 KR Challenger and 🇨🇳 Super Server Challenger.
It’s a very common pick in China because of its massive early damage, strong teamfighting, ridiculously overpowered skirmishing, high overall damage output, easy-to-apply CC, and genuinely great snowballing.
To make it easy to understand:
Level 1: Take W and instantly go on the squishy through bush control. Pop Ignite and proc Electrocute for full lane priority.
If you can’t do that, wait for level 3.
Rakan’s AP scalings, plus the fact that you get a lot of gold early as a support, make this pick ridiculously overpowered.
-> Go the AP variant if you’re snowballing early. Use the Redemption variant as the standard build. Both are very strong regardless.
He takes a bit of time to get used to, but play confidently. Don’t wuss out, make things happen all around the map and you will snowball harder than you think.
There’s a reason he’s been a contested pick for so long, especially at the highest level of SoloQ. He’s also great to climb with from low to high elo.
Weakness: Stat-check champions (like Mundo).
Close the game out before these stat-checkers become Thanos.
Recommended ban: Cho’Gath.

Enjoy, lads.
The real test and the only solid team is T1.EA, every other team is pretty lost on the map even though their laning is strong .
Curious how SLY/GL will do vs them.
Happy with Riot adding this tournament, it's really exciting to follow.
