A7: it’s ok to make mistakes, teaching is mentally exhausting but so worth it, use the knowledge/advice of those around you, don’t get sucked in with the negative Nancy’s, try new things, you were hired for a reason and you belong where you are so believe in yourself #mschat
Q6: I had a graphic design friend make me some canvas designs with my favorite quotes on them for my desk area! It’s personal abs special to me. Gotta love Michael’s and craft stores too. #mschat
A5: silly dance breaks, stretches, would you rather questions, turn/talk get to know you questions for S’s, I always set a timer to make sure we stay on track! #mschat
A4: S’s can collaborate on shared docs and online assignments, think pair share either on paper or turn/talk, can they rotate to stations around the room? #mschat
A3: I am always honest and tell them yes or no and then explain why we are doing the activity (purpose) #mschat
A5: also have to reread and keep it in the forefront of my mind! There’s so much going on for teachers, it’s easy to let things slip to the back burner! #mschat
A5: inspires me to share the paper with my colleagues to ensure best practices for all kids at my school, not just the ones I teach! #mschat
