Your CV shouldn't just tell recruiters what you did, It should show them what you bring to the table. There's a difference between saying you have experience and actually showing evidence of that experience. A lot of people have valuable skills, but their CVs don't communicate that because they're too busy listing responsibilities. Here are 5 ways to turn weak CV bullet points into stronger ones. 👇 1. Stop listing duties and start showing results. For example: ❌ Responsible for managing social media accounts. ✅ Managed 3 social media accounts, developed weekly content strategies, and increased audience engagement by 40%. See the difference? One tells recruiters what you were assigned to do. The other shows what you actually achieved. 2. Stop making vague claims, instead be specific.: ❌ Good communication and customer service skills. ✅ Handled 25+ customer inquiries daily, resolved complaints, and improved the overall customer experience. Don't just tell recruiters you're good at something. Give them a reason to believe you. 3. Show your contribution, not just that you were part of a team. ❌ Worked with a team to achieve company goals. ✅ Collaborated with a 5-person team to streamline workflows and deliver projects ahead of schedule. Being part of a team is great, but recruiters also want to understand what YOU contributed. 4. Even administrative tasks can show value. ❌ Responsible for scheduling meetings and managing emails. ✅ Coordinated executive calendars, managed daily correspondence, and minimized scheduling conflicts. Don't underestimate routine tasks. The way you handled them can demonstrate organization, efficiency, and problem-solving. 5. What if you don't have impressive numbers? First, don't start inventing figures to make your CV look better. You can still demonstrate value by highlighting: → Problems you solved → Processes you improved → Projects you completed → Responsibilities you handled → People you supported Not every achievement needs a percentage or a big number attached to it. Here's what I want you to take away: Your CV is not just a record of your previous responsibilities. It's an opportunity to show recruiters what you're capable of. So, before you send out your next application, look through your CV again. Find one bullet point that simply lists what you did and rewrite it to show your actual contribution. What's one weak CV bullet point you've been struggling to improve? Drop it in the comments. 👇 Bookmark this thread. You'll need it the next time you update your CV.

I have been thinking of helping many traders get funded. There’s a possibility of cashing out a minimum of $10K from a $100K prop account. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐮𝐥𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐬𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞; 1/ I and my Team do the hardwork of getting high probability setups and all you have to do is take the trades I take on your $100K account. 2/ You get funded, you get to payout and you make withdrawals. After withdrawals, 20% of whatever you lock will be sent as a means of appreciation to myself and my team. 3/ You don’t need to pay me any upfront money for any access, you get an account and then all you have to do is trade. As this is the first time I am doing such, only 5 persons will be accepted. The date will be announced soon enough. You’ve seen my trades, you’ve seen the possibility of how consistently you can win. If you’ll be interested, like, Rt & comment $10K below. I’ll personally send you a DM.

How to answer “Tell me about yourself” in a job interview: This is usually one of the first questions you're asked in an interview. And surprisingly, it's where many candidates start getting it wrong. They either tell their entire life story or give such a generic introduction that the interviewer learns nothing useful about them. Here's how to get it right. 👇 1. Start with who you are professionally. Don't start with where you were born or your entire educational history. Tell the interviewer what you do, your area of expertise, and the kind of work you understand. For example: "I'm a social media manager with experience in content strategy, brand storytelling, and growing online communities." 2. Talk about your relevant experience. Give a brief overview of the work you've done, the roles you've handled, and the experience that connects you to the position. Don't try to mention everything. Focus on what's relevant. 3. Show evidence of what you can do: Anyone can say they're creative, hardworking, or good at problem-solving. What makes your answer stronger is showing where you've demonstrated those qualities. Mention a project, a challenge you handled, or a result you achieved. Numbers help, but a meaningful example works too. 4. Connect your experience to the role. This is where you show the interviewer why your background matters. Think about what the company needs and explain how your experience, strengths, and skills can contribute. Don't just tell them what you've done. Help them understand what you can bring. 5. Explain why you're interested in the opportunity. End by showing that you've given the opportunity some thought. What interests you about the role? What excites you about working with the company? Your answer should make it clear that you're not just looking for any job. Here's a simple formula to remember: Who you are + Relevant experience + Proof of your abilities + What you bring + Why you're interested. A final tip: Don't memorize your answer word for word. Know your key points, practise saying them out loud, and let the conversation flow naturally. You want to sound prepared, not rehearsed. Remember, the goal isn't to tell the interviewer everything about yourself. It's to give them enough reasons to want to know more. Bookmark this before your next interview. 📌

“I know not with what weapons world war three would be fought, but world war 4 would be fought with sticks”
The fact that we still have nuclear weapons tells me people don’t understand them. When I was at Uni, we studied descriptions from survivors of the atomic blasts at Hiroshima and Nagasaki. I thought it would be like learning about any other harrowing history. I was very wrong. It disturbed me in my bones and never left me. When the atomic bombs detonated in Japan, some of these survivors literally thought it was an alien invasion. This was because the flash was so blinding bright and silent, they had never imagined anything like it before. There was also no noise for those close to the blast. The shockwave hit their ears at the same time as the sound, sending them flying and shattering everything in its wake. This became known as the Pika-Don. For those further away from the detonation, the sound following the flash was deafening beyond description. It was described as an impossible crack, as if the sky had snapped open. This was trailed by a terrifying deep roar that screamed outwards. It was considered one of the loudest events in human history. Then there was the thermal heat wave. It was so hot it vaporised people in the open instantly and other peoples clothes melted into their skin. Many were burned beyond belief and just stood there screaming or silent, as the sky turned black from the dust, ash and debris. Wild firestorms spread throughout the city, as people searched in darkness for their families and friends. But the worst was yet to come. Those that died in the blast were the lucky ones. Over the coming days and weeks, people’s hair fell out. Without explanation those that had incredibly survived, started to confusingly fall ill and perish over time. I don’t want to describe the side effects of the radiation sickness, but it made me cry reading about it. The hopelessness, suffering and courage of the people that succumbed to this, should be mandatory reading for everyone, to understand the true power of nuclear weapons. “I know not with what weapons World War Three will be fought, but World War Four will be fought with sticks and stones” - Albert Einstein

So you took your clothes from the line with “two big pythons” and somehow you didn’t feel the weight difference? Una Dey lie sha
I slept in the same room with two big python unknowingly. During my NYSC days, I served in Ogidi, Idemili. If you know Ogidi very well, especially around Iyi-Enu Hospital, you'll understand the tradition. They don't kill pythons in that community. If you mistakenly kill one, you're expected to give it a proper burial, just like a human being. My landlady had already briefed me about their culture, so I was always careful. But I never imagined I'd experience it firsthand. One particular day, I washed my clothes, spread them on the fence and went to church. I returned at night and went straight to pack my clothes. Without checking them properly, I gathered everything and dumped them on my bed. Unknown to me, TWO BIG PYTHONS were hiding among the clothes! I slept on the other side of the bed. Each time I rolled over and moved closer to the clothes, I felt something cold against my body. I assumed it was just some damp clothes that needed more sunlight. The funny thing? I slept comfortably all through the night! It wasn't until the following morning, when I started sorting out my clothes, that I discovered what I had been sharing my bed with. TWO HUGE PYTHONS! I screamed so loudly that I eventually fainted. My landlord had to come and remove them. Imagine sleeping peacefully beside two pythons all night and waking up to discover your roommates! 😭 Till today, I still wonder what would have happened if I had rolled over to the other side of that bed. My second encounter was in my kitchen 😱

Trading a small account creates a specific kind of problem: it makes correct trading psychologically harder, because the stakes feel higher than pure probability would suggest. Every loss is heavier, every drawdown feels more threatening. The distance between following the process and feeling safe becomes harder to maintain.
There is a kind of pressure that courses and trading mentors never address directly. The pressure of a small account. Not small in absolute terms, but small relative to what you need from it. The trader who is trading their only available capital for whom a drawdown is not an inconvenience but a real setback. The one who checks their balance not out of curiosity but out of necessity, because the number matters beyond the trade. This pressure is real and it deserves to be named rather than ignored.

Sadly, @WhatsApp eventually disabled my account of over 9 years. Things like this happens but I never thought I’ll see the day that I’ll be a victim of this. Was I wrong in anyway ? no ! But did it happen ? Yes Am I happy ? No But will I keep working, yes. Thanks for the support, pending when I still gain access to it, we ride on here.
A QUICK ONE, Yesterday, I woke up to seeing my whatspp account placed under review. I reached out to the @WhatsApp team already and it’s been unbanned, however I currently have no access to the verification mode provided and I think they’ve discontinued their email verification option which I can only readily access. Until I have regained full control of this WhatsApp account, you can find me on telegram via t.me/learnerdamie all messages will be swiftly attended to. Sorry for any inconveniences caused. Kindly tag them to this tweet, that’s years of consistent hardworkand showing up being inaccessible right now. I’ll also appreciate every repost, Thanks.
