It was a genuine pleasure to welcome site teams and business managers from across our schools to our recent Estates Professional Network meeting. It was especially rewarding to see so many colleagues come together, demonstrating a shared commitment to supporting and enhancing our learning environments.
The session provided a valuable space to connect, reflect, and collaborate. We explored the DfE estates strategy and sustainability priorities in detail, alongside sharing important updates that continue to shape our work across Emmaus CAT. Most importantly, the discussions reinforced the strength of working together—highlighting the impact of open dialogue, shared learning, and a consistent, high standard of best practice across our schools.
We were also delighted to be joined by external speakers, whose expertise and insights added considerable depth to the session. Their perspectives not only informed our understanding but also encouraged fresh thinking and innovation in how we approach estates management and sustainability moving forward.
Thank you to everyone who attended and contributed so positively to the discussions. The energy, professionalism, and willingness to share ideas truly made the session a success. Opportunities like this continue to strengthen our collective approach, build meaningful connections, and support the ongoing development of a strong and collaborative professional network across Emmaus CAT.
