One losing trade can cost you money. Refusing to accept that loss can cost you your entire account. You enter a trade because your setup is there. Price moves against you. Your stop loss gets hit. At this point, the loss is part of trading. It happens. But then you start thinking: “Let me take one more trade and recover it.” You enter another trade. You lose again. Now you’re angry. You increase your lot size because you want to recover faster. Before you know it, you’ve lost more money trying to recover the first loss than you would have lost if you’d simply accepted it. This is how a normal trading loss turns into a terrible trading day. So, here’s the lesson: Never make your next trading decision an emotional response to your previous trade. After a loss: 1. Don’t rush to enter another trade. 2. Check whether your next setup genuinely meets your strategy. 3. Never increase your risk just to recover lost money. 4. If you’re frustrated, step away from the charts. 5. Review the trade when you’re calm enough to think clearly. And remember, a losing trade doesn’t automatically mean you made a bad decision. If you followed your strategy, respected your risk, and the trade still lost, that’s part of trading. You don’t need to win back every loss immediately. Your job is to execute your strategy over a series of trades, not force the market to pay you back today. The moment you start trading to recover money instead of following your strategy, you’ve changed the reason you’re entering the market. Protect your capital. Protect your discipline. One loss should never be allowed to make decisions for you. 📉📈

I don’t compare myself to anybody. Do you know why? 🤔 Some people have their needs taken care of by their parents, partners or spouses, but I provide for myself. Everything I have, I’m working hard to achieve on my own. I know the struggles, the sacrifices and the efforts it takes to get to where I am today. So, why should I compare my journey to someone else’s? We all have different backgrounds, different support systems and different journeys. I’m focused on my growth, my progress and becoming a better version of myself every day. My competition is ME, not anybody else.

Happy birthday to my mom... A truly strong woman who has always believed in me and rooted for me, even when things get tough. I pray you live long enough to enjoy the fruits of my success. I want to take you to places you’ve never been, give you the best treatments, and make life beautiful for you. You deserve it all.... Unfortunately, I promised to get you a birthday gift, but things haven’t gone as planned.. I thought I’d get a withdrawal, but I’ve only just managed to bring my account out of drawdown. After all the back and forth, it hurts that I might disappoint you today over something as simple as a birthday cake yet so meaningful.. Omoh, to be a first son no easy o. 😭💔 My younger sister literally paid for her photoshoot and dress and look at how stunning my mom looks, I haven't seen her in like a year and here I am, struggling to afford an ordinary birthday gift, not even a cake for my own mother. It pains me because I genuinely wanted to make today special for her... @tonysnip3r please, I hope you can come through for me... 🙏🏽❤️ If anyone else can help me put a smile on my mom’s face today, I’ll genuinely appreciate it.. I just want to make her birthday special.. Happy birthday once again, Mama. One day by God’s grace, I’ll give you everything you deserve... 🔥🔥✅️

Good morning, traders. One thing I'm learning is that you don't have to participate in every market move to become profitable. Some days, your setup won't appear. Some days, you'll miss the move. Some days, doing nothing is the best decision. No setup, no trade. Let's get to work.

Before clicking BUY or SELL button this morning, be reminded that needing to make quick money is not a trading strategy. Your account doesn't know your financial obligations. The market won't adjust because you're behind on your weekly target. That pressure can make you chase entries, oversize positions, and abandon your rules. Don't make your account carry the weight of your expectations. Trade your plan, follow your rules and not your desperation.

Good Morning Legends NOTE: Why I love trading off the 4 hour timeframe
So..., In your last 12 months of trading the market profitably, you have never earned more than 8% ROI in one month The few times you did, you blew the account within a few weeks Yet you are believing God that you will pass a prop challenge between now & Christmas Your vain belief is so strong that.... Even when Baba God has lead you to my post immediately after service, to purchase an instant funded account this week, you are scrolling past😤 No be Juju be that? Oga madam, purchase your instant funded account today My market is your prayer point 👇🏽 cabinet.10tradefx.com/links/…
