@Roblox needs to create a Tier 1 Support system for it's notable developers and creators They took my game down 7 days ago because of a specific text that they didn't like. Did they tell me that in the ban note? No. They emailed me 5 days later telling me what needed to be removed. I responded to that email and removed the content INSTANTLY has been 3 days and Roblox still has not replied, costing my hundreds of thousands of Robux in lost revenue in the process. It's understandable that due to the high volume of the platform that response times are slow, but they are TOO slow especially for an underdeveloped moderation system. This is why a Tier 1 Support system is needed, for notable figures who help the platform grow who DESERVE to be responded to faster. My suggestion is creating a baseline for maybe 100,000+ or 1,000,000+ visits (also some baseline for UGC sales / Roblox followers) to be able to use this support tier, which would be MORE than enough, mainly due to the fact that this restriction would limit the amount of accounts with spam tickets or stupid inquiries. For all I care, charge $100 for access to this support tier and myself and many other people would GLADLY pay for it due to unholy amount of days we need to wait for a response. **PLEASE SHARE + LIKE + REPOST THIS POST IF YOU AGREE AND TO SPREAD AWARENESS!** @DavidBaszucki @KreekCraft @SharkBloxYT @inceptiontime
