CoreCivic says independent appraisers used replacement costs. Fine. Release their work, the negotiations, and every approval. Especially since CoreCivic donated $500,000 to Trump's inauguration.
Instead, you called the question “a waste of time.”
So $41 million gets a press conference. $420 million gets a shrug. That's quite a selective war on waste.

5-meo-DMT is quite possibly the most potent antidepressant known to science. It may even exceed the effectiveness of psilocybin, though psilocybin has more evidence. Both show signs of being one shot cures, and at minimum are very long lasting.
SSRIs and even ketamine are far less effective, for much shorter durations, with more side effects.
