Last evening, we presented the Seizure Recognition & First Aid Certification program to the Fairbank Fire Department and EMS team in Fairbank, Iowa. These dedicated first responders serve four rural Iowa counties—Buchanan, Black Hawk, Bremer, and Fayette.
