With the Governor’s leadership and support, we passed the nation’s largest PBM reform effort contained to a single bill. It brings price transparency, lower costs, and support to our locally owned, small business pharmacies relied on by millions of Floridians.

The cost of prescription drugs have nearly tripled in the last two decades and Bidenflation is making it worse. In Florida, we are fighting against price increases of prescription drugs – especially for our seniors – while increasing accountability for PBMs and Big Pharma.
