It was another busy Super Saturday on the campaign trail! We started our door knocking in Shakopee with @Michele_Tafoya and @scottcountygop, then we headed to Lakeville to join @sd57gop for another round of door knocking. We're in the final 10 days until Election Day and making every moment and conversation count. Thanks to all the volunteers who came out, knocked doors, and helped us cover a lot of ground today! #MN02

It was great to stop by and celebrate the Grand Opening of IndiHut in Lakeville today before hitting the doors! I was proud to stand alongside friends as they opened their new restaurant. Small businesses like IndiHut are what keep our local economies growing, create jobs, and make our communities stronger. It's always exciting to see local entrepreneurs invest in our community. I even had the opportunity to sample some of the food on their menu and it was delicious. Go check them out!

Had a great Chat with Pratt this morning in Lonsdale. Lots of conversation about fraud, the economy, and what’s at stake this election. We’re going to be doing a lot more Chat with Pratt events across the district over the next 12 days, so if you missed this one, be sure to catch us at the next one!

This campaign has always been about local issues affecting CD2 families. Affordability and the rising cost of living, accountability for the massive and ongoing fraud, mismanagement and abuse of your hard-earned money, and the revolving door of crime. Those are the most pressing issues for the residents here. Throughout this campaign, I’ve been told repeatedly by residents that they want change and for their elected officials to tell the truth. With only 13 days left until Election Day, I’m dedicated and will continue to fight through the noise and chaos of those trying to sway voters from getting truthful information. Here are the facts ⬇️

I spent yesterday morning at Eagan High School, speaking with Mr. Mitchell Snobeck’s Political Science classes. We covered a lot of ground, from housing and immigration to small businesses and the challenges facing our communities. I enjoyed hearing the students’ perspectives and answering their questions. For some of these students, November will be their first time voting. It’s good to see the next generation paying attention, asking questions, and getting involved in issues that will impact their future. Thanks to Mr. Snobeck and his students for having me!

I am honored to receive an endorsement from Doug Anderson, former City Councilman and Lakeville Mayor. "During my time as Mayor of Lakeville, I had a responsibility to advocate for our community. There were times I looked beyond our own state senator to find legislators willing to work with us, and Eric Pratt was one of those I turned to. We didn't always agree, but we could sit down, have honest discussions, and work through our differences. Throughout my career in business and leadership coaching, I've believed that effective leadership requires understanding the responsibilities of your office, building relationships, and having a strong moral compass. Public service isn't about titles, attention, or personal recognition. It's about listening, answering difficult questions, and remembering that you're there to serve your community, not yourself. Made the most of a sunny Saturday in Minnesota’s Second District! We kicked things off with a meet and greet and door knocking in Shakopee, then headed to Farmington for an afternoon knock. With Election Day getting closer, we’re not slowing down. There’s a lot at stake for Minnesota families, and the work we’re putting in across this district matters. Thanks to everyone who was out there with us today! #MN02

I don’t agree with Angie Craig on much politically, but I know many families across CD2 appreciated her willingness to work across the aisle and represent people with different perspectives. Congresswoman Ilhan Omar and State Senator Omar Fateh are bringing radical internet commentator, Hasan Piker, for a political event in MN. Piker said America “deserved 9/11” in 2019. This adds to a long list of questions and major concerns about the character of political leaders of the progressive left wing of the DFL. Matt Little is a self described progressive DFLer and has received endorsements from the Congressional Progressive Caucus PAC, whose leadership includes Omar, as well as those with ties to progressive extremism like Keith Ellison, Pramila Jayapal, Our Revolution, and MoveOn. Little also supports many socialist policies disguised as a progressive movement. The further right and left both parties move, the harder it becomes to find common ground. Political extremism has no place in either party. We don’t have to agree on everything to make progress. Minnesota Common Sense starts with putting people ahead of political extremes.

Last week, we released our “Enough Is Enough” ad with a clear message: Enough finger-pointing. Enough excuses. I've spent 30 years solving problems and delivering results. I'll bring that experience and Minnesota common sense to Congress. Less chaos. More accountability. Real results. It's time to get to work. #MN02

Great to visit the Plumbers and Gas Fitters Local 34 Training Center Open House in Eagan today! The newly retrofitted facility features classrooms, training rooms, and hands-on training stations designed to prepare the next generation of skilled tradespeople. Skilled trades are essential to our communities, and investing in workforce training means creating more opportunities for good-paying careers while building the skilled workforce Minnesota needs. Thanks to Local 34 for the tour and for the work you do to train and develop the next generation of tradespeople! #MN02

I recently had the opportunity to tour Zimmerman Turkey Farm in Northfield with Congressman @PeteStauber. It was great to meet the family, see their operation firsthand, and learn more about the hard work that goes into farming here in Minnesota’s Second District. Fun fact: They raised Peach and Blossom, the turkeys pardoned at the White House in 2024! Happy National Farmer's Day! #MN02

Agriculture is an important part of Minnesota’s Second District, and National Farmer’s Day is an opportunity to recognize the hardworking men and women behind it. I've had the opportunity to visit farms across the district, meet with farmers, and learn more about the challenges and opportunities facing Minnesota agriculture. I'm also honored to have earned the endorsement of the Minnesota Farm Bureau PAC. To all the farmers and farm families who put in the long hours, often across generations, thank you for all you do to feed our families and support our communities.
