Giannis nasty, Davion faster than your favorite PG. 2 way Klay back. Wiggins about to shoot 60% from the field. Bam DPOY. Heat in 5.
Ryan Conwell's shot will eventually start falling, and when that happens, he might immediately be the Heat's best shot creating guard lol
I remember being enamored with him as a prospect after the Fiesta bowl a couple years ago. Obviously things haven't worked out as they looked like they could have since, but the guy is a worthy prospect.

The expectation is that Florida forward Brad Marchand will be fine in a few weeks, per source. It’s not season ending. He could be back sometime in November. We expect more detail from Paul Maurice tomorrow.

One of the most prestigious accolades I’ve ever received. I was hoping the last homer with Rich surprising Tommy in the booth sealed the deal.

Is it too much to ask that there is one breakfast place in Pines without an hour wait on Sunday?????
Local Miami government completely sold out the real people of Miami in favor of fake ass bitcoin grifters and social media influencers. Forgetting about the people that actually make the city run. Now the city is an unaffordable shit show and the nouveau riche are heading for the hills because there’s no one left to make their lattés.
A mass homebuyer exodus is hitting Miami.
Transactions have fallen 47% from their pandemic peak.
From 3,600 in August 2021.
To only 1,900 in August 2026.
This represents the lowest sales activity Miami-Dade has seen since the end of the last housing crash.
In fact, sales today are about 25% below pre-pandemic norms.
The reason this is happening is because locals in Miami cannot afford the prices.
The typical mortgage payment in Miami-Dade, inclusive of taxes and insurance, is $5,000/month.
While the local median income is only $80,000.
The math simply doesn't make sense, and buyers are locked out as a result.
