In my case IMAGINARY gov guidance trumped legislation. There was no legal basis for my arrest in Jan ‘21. 👮‍♀️did it ~to punish me ~enter my name with code CVI on intel databases to justify -breaching my human rights -authorise criminal conduct against me -frame me #OperationTalla

THE HOME OFFICE ACKNOWLEDGES ITS TALLA ROLE - THEN CLOSES THE CORRESPONDENCE On 16 October 2026, the Home Office (@ukhomeoffice) confirmed in writing that its engagement with the National Police Chiefs' Council-associated (@PoliceChiefs) Operation Talla concerned: “policy alignment, information sharing and strategic coordination” That is an acknowledgement of involvement in the national pandemic policing response. It raises questions which the phrase “operational independence” cannot answer by itself. • Which policies were being aligned? • What information was shared? • Who participated in strategic coordination? • What records show where governmental involvement ended and independent policing judgment began? The Department says it is unaware of itself providing, requesting or encouraging a policy of rejecting or not recording Covid-related criminal reports. It also says its engagement should not be understood as directing decisions about particular allegations. Those qualifications matter - as does the distinction between directing an individual case and influencing the national framework within which cases are handled. My correspondence asked about both the Home Office and so far as it knew, wider Government involvement. Its answer addressed its own position without resolving the wider question. The Department then announced that it would no longer answer correspondence on the issue. It characterised further consideration as repetition, whilst acknowledging that it had no record of receiving an earlier letter containing material central to the questions raised. That warrants scrutiny. Acknowledged engagement creates a legitimate need to understand its scope. Ending correspondence leaves that requirement unanswered. • Policy alignment requires an account of the policies. • Information sharing requires an account of the exchanges. • Strategic coordination requires an account of responsibility. The correspondence establishes acknowledged involvement and a decision to end this avenue of questioning before the outstanding issues were resolved. The public is entitled to ask whether that is an adequate response to questions about the independence of its police. Rest assured - We will get to the bottom of exactly what has taken place. THE MORAL AND ETHICAL QUESTIONS ARISING FROM THE PROVISIONS OF THE CORONAVIRUS ACT 2020 An genuine emergency may explain why exceptional powers were sought. It does not settle whether reducing particular safeguards was necessary, proportionate or ethically justified. Behind the language of “easements”, “flexibility” and administrative efficiency were people whose care, liberty and protection depended upon the procedures being changed. • An assessment can identify an unmet need. • A written record can establish responsibility. • A safeguard can enable someone with little power to challenge a decision affecting their life. My new paper examines the moral and ethical questions raised by provisions concerning social care, death certification and parliamentary oversight. It distinguishes the Act from restrictions imposed under other legislation and the existence of a power from its actual use. The central question is one of accountability: Where ordinary protections were reduced, what replaced them and what evidence demonstrates that the people affected remained protected? Protective intentions deserve consideration - So do practical consequences, unequal burdens, mistakes and the ability to obtain remedy. The expiry of an emergency power cannot answer what happened while it operated. Read and download the analysis here: ethicalapproach.co.uk/ethica…

The question hasnt been answered. Police have a committee set ip b/c of ministerial overreach, but government claim policing is independent. Tens of thousands of British lives ave been directly / indirectly affected by this. The public need these questions answered thoroughly

The Government and everyone who has had any involvement are a complete disgrace and presumably are now covering their backs. It is certainly time that something major happened to the way that this country is governed from the highest levels as it is not working for the people.

Scottish COVID-19 inquiry|22 Oct 2026 Part 2 🎥video editor @biologyphenom More shock evidence from the world's first official covid inquiry to reveal the truth to the lockdown. Residents with dementia forgot who their families were. Human rights concerns. Keeping COVID out at all costs relegated other harms. CI, Scottish Care and CHRS concerns ignored by government. Harms inflicted not unforeseeable. ‘‘We dealt with a HUGE AMOUNT of calls from VERY DISTRESSED families many of whose loved ones died..before they got to see them again and that has left LASTING TRAUMA.’’🆘📢 ‘‘We shared all of that and those phone calls…with all the meetings we were getting (with gov)…We believe action should have been taken to bring visiting in sooner.’’ ‘‘Restrictions in care homes went on even longer…staff were going on holiday and yet we were still not allowing full visiting in care homes.’’ ‘‘I think it was INTOLERABLE…the distress caused to-people was HUGE.’’ ‘‘I would agree it was NOT unforeseen.’’ -Marie Paterson. Chief Inspector. Care Inspectorate

The trouble is, Shabana, since we discovered Operation Talla and the police refusal to take crime reports about Covid and the jab, how do we know these stats include all ATTEMPTED reports of crimes? How many people were turned away by the police? You lie like you breathe.
Some chatter on social media would have you believe that crime is out of control. The facts tell a different story. As @frasernelson has shown in his Substack today: Violence is at its lowest level since the crime survey began in 1981. Robbery is at a record low. Crime, excluding fraud, is 78% down on its peak in 1995. And the stats show this Government is delivering on its promises too: Knife crime is down 11%. Knife murders are at their lowest level in 35 years. Thefts including phone snatching have fallen by 20% in the last year alone. But I know there is more that we must do, and we will: We’ve put more than 3,800 extra neighbourhood officers into roles, with named, contactable officers for every neighbourhood. We’re introducing the most significant reforms to policing in a generation. We are tackling rising rates of violence against women and girls through our landmark strategy. And we are tackling crimes like fraud, more prevalent in our increasingly online world, with £250 million directed to this challenge in our Fraud Strategy published this year.

@TheHonestDr was brought down by state operatives. State weaponisation of the regulator was part of the CRN in December 2021. And David's case was specifically referred to in my witness statement to the JR in June 2023 after the DMs showing a conspiracy against him were uploaded to the Met's upload facility by me.

The civil servants camped at the BBC may explain the Hammersmith crime report being described by the BBC as "conspiracy laden." What was conspiracy laden about the 2400mg overdosing on HCQ RCT? Or the DNRs without consent? Or the midazolam without consent?
Hand in Glove With Whitehall - Whose News Was The BBC’s For The Last 8 Years? And who approved the scheme? Which Ministers or Prime Ministers . . . ? @theresa_may? @sajidjavid ? Who knew? And which @BBC executives? righttimes.substack.com/p/ha…

Gove Ex-Partner Receiving Death Threats Since Charges Made Public Lola Salem, Michael Gove's ex-partner, who was charged with serious criminal offences in May, has been receiving death threats since the news of the charges was made public. A source close to Ms Salem - who cannot be identified - told Hunt & Gather that the threats had come during 'a rocky few days' and that Ms Salem reported the threats to the Metropolitan Police on Saturday. News of the five month old charges first broke on 10 October in an article by Gordon Rayner posted on the Telegraph’s website at 7am. The article was later removed and The Telegraph has not covered the story since. Hunt & Gather asked the Metropolitan Police whether it was investigating threats made against Ms Salem. Metropolitan Police press officer Iwan Stone said: 'Would it be possible to get a copy of your press pass? I am afraid we can only respond to enquiries from accredited journalists.' There is no legal requirement for a journalist in the UK to hold a press card. Cards are issued through 22 approved 'gatekeepers', which include the BBC, ITV, Sky News and GB News. Hunt & Gather's founder worked at ITN and ITV News for 20 years, as a field producer and then as a regional reporter, often covering court cases. Our source indicates Ms Salem is safe and well. She denies the charges.
