From doing caregiving jobs to practising his profession as an engineer abroad. If you're relocating abroad, have a plan beyond just leaving Nigeria. Be ready to make sacrifices, learn, study, and work towards your goals. You may have to start from somewhere completely different from your profession, but don't lose sight of where you're going. Don't just join people to japa because everyone is leaving. Know what you're going there to achieve and have a plan for how to achieve it. Otherwise, you might spend years abroad surviving without ever getting closer to the life you actually wanted. Relocation is not the achievement. What you build with the opportunity is what matters.
