We have hiring committees and aren’t allowed to ask anything that truly matters.. we had interviews recently and a guy told me he can’t write a paragraph but expects me to hire him

The next few weeks will suck. Hopefully she works out because the hiring process is a joke.

I’m just fucking tired. My staff deserves a break though.

Between work and school.. it’s never ending. Spring break is this week, but my office isn’t closed. I gave my staff off , but I have to go in.

Tomorrow is going to be a long day.
