NYPD Unions ❤️ The DSA
The NYPD’s PBA is working overtime to help give New York Democrats and their socialist leaders a veto proof supermajority in BOTH the State Senate and Assembly. Now they’re endorsing a Democrat @joeycsaban over the incumbent Republican Assemblyman @MichaelforNY. At some point, cops and retirees need to start asking: What exactly is the PBA trying to accomplish in Albany and who are they actually representing?

New York City banned the 150 year traditional horse-drawn carriage rides in Central Park. Supposedly because of a single death by a run a way horse. But the city and @NYCMayor won’t ban illegals that killed multiple men, women and children. It’s a sanctuary city for illegals. Make it make sense?

The Curb Act will further weaken the NYPD’s ability to quell riots and leave NYC open to acts of terrorism both foreign and domestic. And of course NY Democrats support it…………..
ICE does not belong in our communities, and nor should the Strategic Response Group. @DarializaforNY and I agree: it’s time the CURB Act gets a hearing.

Join us this Thursday as we delve into the recent shooting of an illegal migrant by an ICE agent in New York City. We’ll explore the initial NYPD response, the subsequent demonstrations, and the reactions from Mayor Mamdani and Police Commissioner Tisch. The Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) has now demanded the mayor fire Commissioner Tisch and the disband of the Strategic Response Group (SRG). We’ll examine the NYPD’s role in the initial ICE operation and the involvement of the SRG in the violent protests that followed. Throughout this special Thursday episode, we’ll address these and other pressing questions.

Tonight, Tom Joyce be joining retired NYPD Inspector Ron Leyson during the second hour of Executive Perspective on the @Finest Unfiltered YouTube channel. The shows starts at 5pm and I will join at 6pm ET. We’re going deep on license plate reader technology and vehicle location intelligence, but this is not going to be a simple “for it or against it” conversation. There are a lot more lanes than that. We’ll talk about the extraordinary investigative and public-safety capabilities of modern LPR, artificial intelligence and vehicle analytics, but we’ll also dig into privacy, government affairs, pending legislation, recent court decisions, the Fourth Amendment, Supreme Court location cases, and where constitutional law may be heading as these technologies become more powerful. Ron brings the perspective of a former NYPD Inspector and commanding officer. I’ll come at it as a former detective commander who actually used LPR operationally and later worked in the public-safety technology space. The technology has changed dramatically. The law is evolving. Legislatures are paying attention. And there are legitimate arguments on every side of this issue. Join us live tonight for the second hour of Executive Perspective. Get into the chat and be part of the conversation. If you can’t make it live, catch it on the rebound on the Finest Unfiltered YouTube channel. #tft #theFinestUnfiltered #ExecutivePerspective #LPR #ALPR #LicensePlateReaders #LawEnforcementTechnology #PublicSafety #Privacy #FourthAmendment #ConstitutionalLaw #ArtificialIntelligence #PoliceTechnology #GovernmentAffairs #NYPD #LawEnforcement @110BigGuy @FiredDetective @JohnDMacari @EricDymCop @Robluke10 @peteforcelli @Trjoyce youtube.com/live/kZTMyfORBKU…

I’m still having a hard time believing this
I’m proud to have the support of the Correction Officers’ Benevolent Associations of NYC, Orange, Rockland, and Westchester counties. Together, we’ve restored the 20-year retirement benefit and addressed workforce shortages. I'll keep fighting alongside them for safer staffing, better working conditions, and the respect they’ve earned.

When the police are criticized for using deadly physical force against an assailant who is “only armed with a knife”, please remember these victims who were only attacked by a knife. Deadly physical force must be met with deadly physical force. Not a taser. Not a baton or asp. Not physical force.

The result of emasculating the police. This will occur in every sanctuary city across America. It’s only a matter of time and when it does the police will kneel down just like they did in 2020. The Defund The Police movement hasn’t went away, it evolved. NYC’s Mayor has vowed to disband the NYPD’s Strategic Response Group (The riot police). Does that seem like a smart thing to do?
🚨 HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN?!🚨 Even the police 👮 are running in France. At what point do the police do some….policing?

There is a huge citywide robbery/ grand larceny pattern across NYC of crimes relating to chain snatches with perpetrators using e-bikes and mopeds. There is also another huge citywide pattern as well involving jewelry swap scams which targets elderly victims and there is 0 legacy news coverage of it because it runs counter to the whole public deception campaign of “crime is at historic lows”.
Replying to @JohnDMacari
The crazy thing is, just before this news, I posted a video of a Bronx woman who was nearly robbed by a guy on a scooter. He broke her chains and ripped her sweatshirt, but never got the jewelry. She said she didn’t even call the cops because she couldn’t describe the suspect. I’ve also heard from bodega owners that they often don’t report theft either. My son had his car window smashed and items stolen in the Bronx. He and the guy parked next to him called the police, waited over an hour, and the cops never showed up, so they left. Just imagine how many crimes go unreported because the NYPD is understaffed, people don’t have time to wait around, and they already know officers are stretched too thin to recover stolen property. Same with assaults on the train. If you look at the NYPD’s own statistics, the seven major crimes in the city are up 24% since 2021. Hochul and Mamdani can lie all they want, but the streets tell a different story, and real New Yorkers aren’t stupid, they feel it. The only people repeating the claim that crime is down are influencers Mamdani put on the city payroll, and the useful idiots from other states who support him and then spread that propaganda across social media.
