Session 5 of #opsurfwell has just finished. Here is most of the team after a much needed catchup on the latest news. We also tested the cold water immersion therapy thing to the max! You’re gonna see a lot more of us in the coming months. #WellnessWednesday #ItsOkNotToBeOk

A great first 4 shifts for me and my new student officer.
14 police logs attended across Exeter, Mid and east Devon.
1 vehicle search
3 person searches
3 crimes recorded
4 community resolutions
3 Domestic incidents.
And best of all......... we managed to get this off the streets!
A busy day in the office today with 4 new student officers starting with us in the Exeter office. Unfortunately one of them was assaulted 20 minutes into there first shift assisting with a violent prisoner in Custody. #ProtectTheProtectors
After a busy morning attending RTC’s mispers and an arrest I was looking forward to a quick coffee! Only to find my cup has been dropped by one of the other Tutors🤦🏻♂️
Another very busy early shift today! Straight out of the door this morning to assist Response units with a prisoner hospital watch. Then finished the day using my PSU kit to help NHS staff deal with a violent patient. Time for a few rest days!!
A total contrast to yesterday’s shift! 4 miles driven. Came in on earlies to find most Custody centres were at capacity! Mucked in and took on a Domestic ABH prisoner. Great learning for my student a job full of complex safeguarding. We’re happy to help on PDU! #Oneteam
