NEWS: Former top FBI official Douglas DePodesta has filed a bombshell lawsuit against Kash Patel, the DOJ, and other Trump officials, alleging he was forced out after refusing to go along with politically motivated prosecutions of Chicago protesters perceived as Trump’s political enemies.
The suit alleges prosecutors were ordered to pursue charges even when they believed probable cause was lacking, and that DePodesta was later falsely blamed for a high-profile case collapsing.
