Where Are the UAP Task Force Records? Jay Stratton (@jaystratton), former Director of the Pentagon's Unidentified Aerial Phenomena Task Force (UAPTF), led the very organization whose records remain the subject of serious transparency questions. Stratton, in his recently released book "Out of the Shadows," does discuss some of the data that the UAPTF had collected over the years - but does not go into any substantial detail. The Disclosure Foundation calls for a comprehensive accounting of UAPTF records and the release of all material that can lawfully be declassified, including the imagery described in the quote from Policy Brief No. 5: Concrete Next Steps for UAP Disclosure.

One thing I keep questioning is Jay Stratton’s timing. Grusch is on the way out and the momentum in Congress has faded. Why step forward publicly now instead of 3 years ago?
