Verstappen’s 2022-2023 seasons are unbelievable. Over the 2 seasons combined he won 15/22 (68%) and 19/22 (86.4)%), which together is good enough for 77.3% across 44 races
Ascari’s record of 75% win rate (8 races) stood from 1952 until the end of 2023
The craziest part? If you chose to include sprints, he would have 15+2/25, and 19+4/28, which combined is 75.5%!
Even with sprints across 2 seasons, 44 races and 9 sprints, he managed to top Ascari’s 1952 record.
Classic team LH false equivalence, the car isn’t the issue the track surface is
But, this is par for the course. And personally? I can’t be fucked to win these little fan disputes on twitter anymore
I get the saltiness. But if we’re gonna throw the word “luck” out, we can’t ignore sitting in the Mercedes from 14-21

Si, claro, porque conseguir, en 10 Grandes Premios y medio, 152 puntos más que el que en su día era líder del mundial es un regalito, con lacito y todo incluido 🤷🏽.
Las burradas que hay que leer... 🤦🏽
The assumption that Red Bull of yesterday’s the same as today is low iq activity
Brand new engine made at red bull, mass team exodus, management changes, and people pursuing other projects
The symbol is the only identical part of the equation

Please lord don’t do a Ferrari 2024
🚨 Red Bull is planning a major overhaul of its car for 2027. 👀
Technical director Pierre Waché says “close to nothing” from the RB22 will carry over to next year’s RB23.
Red Bull has identified improvements in aerodynamics, packaging and mechanical design, with both the chassis and gearbox set to change.
🗣️ “More or less close to nothing will transfer, because there are plenty [of areas] we think we have identified we can improve.”

Lewis Hamilton: Max has shown why he’s a force to be reckoned with, it’s so great racing against one of the greats.
Anthony Davidson: I would choose Max Verstappen... he can jump in most things and be quick.
Niki Lauda: I’ve never seen anyone do that before, he’s the talent of the century
Alex Albon : For me Max is the greatest
Damon Hill: Max has that Schumacher quality. The focus, the relentlessness, the ability to extract everything from the car every single lap. He does not switch off.
Sebastian Vettel: Max is doing something that F1 has never seen, he’s set a new benchmark
Christian Horner: Max is the greatest talent I’ve seen in a race car
Ralph Schumacher: Purely in terms of skill, they are the two best drivers I've seen in Formula 1, Michael and Max
Martin Brundle: Max is the benchmark
Jenson Button: I think Max Verstappen is the greatest F1 driver of all time
Jimmy Broadbent : Max is the greatest driver ever
Fernando Alonso: Only Max, only he can do it.
Lando Norris: I’m fighting against Max, probably the best there’s ever been
Antony Hamilton: incredible talent and an absolute gentleman
Nico Rosberg: Max is the best driver I raced against
Gerhard Berger: I was teammates with senna and Max is the only one like him. Maybe better
Nico Hulkenberg: Max is the GOAT
Stefan Johansson: The most complete F1 driver ever
Sebastian Buemi: He’s the GOAT
Gunther Steiner: Max has reached GOAT status
Helmet Marko: I’ve not seen anyone with the talent Verstappen possess.
Jaime Alguersuari: Best F1 driver ever
Ollie Bearman: He’s the best driver we’ve ever had
Sergio Perez: I used to look at his telemetry data and think how the hell are you doing that
Pete Windsor: He drives like very few. Like Jim Clark
Pedro Del La Rosa: Easily one of the greatest
Toto Wolff: he’s a special special driver we may not see again.
The list goes on and on and on and on. These quotes are all out there just google them and there’s so many more . It amazes me how tons of professionals around F1, current and ex F1 drivers, ex and current F1 champions, commentators and drivers from categories all around the world virtually all have the same opinion that Max Verstappen is the greatest driver and talent F1 has seen which I think can only be rivaled alongside Senna and Schumacher in debates are they all produced magic in dominant cars but even more magic in underperforming cars, yet we have accounts on @x who’ve never raced in their life and think they know better when they probably couldn’t explain track macro without google thinking Verstappen is “average”
Josh Allen was moving like prime Riley Reid out there just surrounded by raiders, 5 raiders on him and he still gets it done to Coleman
Unironically, he’s been so bad this season — I’d cut him
If only C.J. Gardner-Johnson was as good at tackling his opponents as he is at chirping his opponents.

Anyone who actually watched AD21 knew already that both Wolff and Horner were pressuring Masi, none of that is news worthy in 2026 — but it’s f1 and the community on this all largely didn’t start watching until way after so, I suppose with how many fans it picks up every year I shouldn’t be shocked old news becomes current

Exciting weekend! Was very happy to be racing our GT3 car in Portimão. There were some ups and downs, but as a team we learnt a lot.
I also feel I need to speak up about the hate and harassment Chris has received after the race. Everyone can have their opinions about what happened on track, but these personal attacks are not okay. Chris had a really strong stint and mistakes can happen.
There’s no place for this kind of abuse in our sport or anywhere else.
