For the first time in 5 years I finally completed a whole F45 challenge all the way to the final body scans 🥰 I’m so pumped!! I’ve lost 4.1kg in 6 weeks while still having a great time and despite a shoulder injury. Who knew reducing midweek wines makes such a difference 😂 – at Melbourne, Victoria
