One of Ernie’s great lines… “I did not like his gait.” Referring to Shaq’s rush off stage to the facilities. xitter.cf/casualtakeking/status/…

A&M should be a destination job. Yet, it’s more a career-ender. Throwing money at a problem does not always address the issues. Across CFB after Indiana’s turnaround, the time frame is 2 years at most. Elko is past that and has not beaten t.u. Which appears to be Ags bowl game.
The extension. This has been the death knell since joining the SEC.
Something is broken at Texas A&M and it transcends the head coach.
Since joining the SEC Texas A&M's Head coaches (Sumlin, Jimbo, & Elko) are (vs P4 only)
Before extension
44-20
Post extension
30-35
How is Texas A&M breaking coaches? Why is A&M rushing to extensions amid rumors of other schools courting our coach (Sumlin was USC, Jimbo was LSU, and Elko was Penn State)?
The last coach to leave Texas A&M and immediately have great success at their next stop was Bear Bryant.

Something is wrong here. It's been the same cycle with 3 different athletic directors. It's us. Something is broken that has been here for a long time. I wish I knew what it was.
