Absolutely devastating to hear of the passing of our former player Lee Jenkinson "bazza". Bazza played for us for a number of years and captained us when we won the league. He was one of the nicest people you could meet. Thoughts with all his friends and family

Depleted squad with only 12 available and players out of position all over the pitch. We still done enough to beat @LowcaFc 2-1 on their own patch, despite some very questionable decisions.

After almost 15 years I will be stepping down from running @Gosforth_AFC at the end of this season. If there is anyone out there that would like to take it on in any capacity please get in touch. Maybe a good opportunity an u16 team looking to transition into adult football?
Scrappy Sunday morning game against @DeerOrchard, where we came away with a 4-3 win.

Sad news, someone who put a lot into the old egremont league before the merger.
Thoughts with his friends and family
It is with great sadness that we share the news of the passing of Honorary Member, Tony Barnett.
The thoughts of the County FA and the grassroots football community go to the only thing that was more important to Tony than the game, his family.

Disappointing to only take a point from our game against @fc_bluebell but the lads battled well with key players missing and a lack of subs.
