We, a majority of the workers at Floyd County Productions, are forming a union. #FloydCountyProductionsGuild @CODE_CWA @CWAUnion

Our film, put together in a month, is the product of 20-30 volunteers dedicating their free time to express one idea - that our union can be a force of positivity within our workplace and Georgia as a whole🍑 Full Video: youtu.be/FsNm51rhQJ8 #FloydCountyProductionsGuild

The character of our union depends on the strength and ambition of the people who shape it. If you support your union, you must take an active role in collaborating with your colleagues and building the infrastructure you would like to see. Support one another! #UnionStrong

Currently our workplace does not reflect the diverse racial make-up of our home base of Atlanta, GA. With a union, we can advocate for more local hiring and programs that can uplift our workplace and community. #FloydCountyProductionGuild #UnionizeTheSouth #UnionStrong

Get involved in shaping your workplace! You can help out in big ways by volunteering your time and insight. Talk to your coworkers and be the change that you want to see! #FloydCountyProductionsGuild #UnionStrong

A union can help address common artists' health risks, such as burn-out, back problems, and carpal tunnel. We can negotiate contracts that consider a worker's health and financial stability. Some possibilities include 401k, improved PTO, and severance policy. #UnionStrong

FCPG is the first animators union outside of the west coast. GA has a low percentage of unionized workplace at only 4.1%. Let’s make history and bring collective bargaining from sea to shining sea! #UnionizeTheSouth #UnionStrong #FloydCountyProductionsGuild

We are still waiting for voluntary recognition from management, but they have claimed that they will only recognize us if we file with the NLRB. Their existing hesitation is setting up a tenuous relationship. We would like to bargain in good-faith! The ball is in their court.

History has shown that when the workers unite, we can challenge the status quo. Let's all do out part and keep building a better future. #UnionStrong #UnionizeTheSouth #FloydCountyProductionsGuild

Jessica Walter's passing is devastating news. She was the voice of Malory on Archer and was an anchor for our show across 11 seasons. She was a giant and we will miss her dearly.
